I really appreciated their honesty, generosity, and excellent customer service. The repair looks great, and they made the whole experience quick and stress-free. My experience with Crash Champions was very positive. I had a hit-and-run on Saturday morning and was pretty upset. After filing a police report and contacting my insurance, I chose this location because of the good reviews and how close it is to my home. They were open on Saturday to accept my vehicle and explained the process clearly. They estimated the car would be ready by Friday, depending on insurance approval and parts. On Monday, I started receiving text updates, and they called to let me know insurance had approved the repairs and got my authorization to begin work. I appreciated the regular updates throughout the week. To my surprise, they called Friday afternoon to say my car was ready for pickup—right on time. Great communication and a smooth, efficient experience overall. Highly recommend.

Everyone was amazing. They are Champions and should be a role model for the entire Auto Repair Industry. I have Tripple AAA insurance and they recommend them. Did not need to get other estimates. They are friendly, professional , communicate with you thru entire process. I never had to call them with questions. Their work is Perfection.
