I usually don't write such lengthy reviews, but Caliber Collision truly deserves it. My experience was perfect 10 out of 10. The repair was flawless, finished a day early, and communication was outstanding throughout. David and his team kept me informed and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I especially noticed the little things: friendly staff, a clean facility, no unnecessary upselling, fair pricing, and my car was returned exceptionally clean. Having spent many years in Japan and experienced its renowned customer service, I can say Caliber offered the same level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism. Their operation runs exceptionally smoothly, with no hassle, no surprises, and just excellent service. Thank you, David, Jesse, and the entire Caliber Collision team. Excellent service. They fixed what they said they were going to fix. Andrew was my contact and he was an awesome person to deal with. I felt he was honest and forthcoming with what needed to be fixed. I trusted it and came out satisfied with the results.
