Privilege Auto Body and Paint is Absolutely the best Auto Body Shop, hands down. Marcos was extremely welcoming, professional, and fair. I brought my Honda CRV in for a rear bumper repair. Within a few minutes, Marcos provided an estimate which was competitively priced. I knew this was the shop for me. We scheduled the best time to bring the car in, he purchased the replacement part ahead of time and had it painted before I brought the car in. This was very helpful as he only had the car for one day. He also noticed that my headlights were scratched and cloudy and he went ahead and cleaned them as part of the service. When I picked up the car it had been washed and looked like brand new. Marcos has a super team, his son Isaac works with him and is also super helpful and knowledgeable. If unfortunately you need any work done to car, Privilege Auto and Marcos is the place for you. Thanks!!

Not the closest auto body shop to my house but recommended to me by a friend, so I took my Toyota Sienna to this shop. (I’m 10 miles North, closer to Santa Monica) I was very pleased with the detail and care they took to do a great job repairing my car after the poles hit it :) They are very professional & kind as well. I appreciated their constant contact with me, letting me know how the repairs were going & keeping me up to date. I’d highly recommend & bring another one of my vehicles here if needed.

Wrote this review on yelp but also posting here for those not on yelp… Highly recommend Privilege auto Body! I sideswiped a pole at the mall🤦🏽‍♀️ When we contacted Marcos he gave a detailed breakdown of the work at a great price. Communication with him was great, always available to answer any questions. He is very friendly, honest and trustworthy! Dropped my car off at closing on a Thursday and it was ready by morning the following Wednesday! Looks brand new as if I’d never ran into that pole! And it’s cleaner now than how it was when I dropped it off, including vacuuming the inside and shining my tires & rims! 🤩 Don’t hesitate to trust Privilege auto Body with your car! My dumbass had an embarrassing moment, never thought I’d be victim to the dreaded gas station pole. Alas, I’m here leaving this review. It took some time for me to decide if I should get this taken care of. After getting estimates from the best body shops in my vicinity (Torrance), I realized it’s best to utilize insurance. After looking at my options, I decided on privilege auto body initially due to how close it was to my home. Marcos was the appraiser I dealt with, and was very helpful every step of the way. He gave me options and what was recommended based on my needs. Being yeah this is my truck I decided to fix everything the right way especially since I will be filing a claim. The shop sourced two replacement doors and even turned down one that was not up to their quality standards. They also allowed me to hold the truck until they were ready to start, which was important because the truck was still drivable and I chose to not use a rental. Any changes in the estimate was communicated both to me and my insurance (insurance low balled me for the ‘not so great’ solution by using bondo instead of replacing the door altogether). I would like to say that Marcos and his crew did an amazing job. I had a body kit painted for my 05' BMW 530i, Marcos matched the paint perfectly to the car and you couldn't tell that it was repainted at all. Price was great for the work that was required for the job. He also did a paint-less dent removal which turned out perfectly, could not tell where the dents were. My car is low to the ground and the wheel caught the fender and caused it to poke out a little bit, but it was no issue for Marcos, he took care of it no problem and for a very good price. I thank Marcos and his team at Privilege Auto Body & Paint for doing such a great job on the car and will be giving them business in the future. Highly Recommended.
