The work was good, looked as good if not better than before. As far as interior detail they charged $350 but was done very poorly, had a coffee spill and behind mats were missed along with center compartment was missed. It was left to rot for two weeks. Now I have a odor that’s lingering most likely will have to get another detail. My vehicle is a 2025 Ford Explorer. As for as parts I expected oem new parts but to my surprise some were and some were non oem and/or used. Repairs were completed almost a week after initial completion date.

Professional, friendly and timely service. Everything with my repairs went smoothly. I'm usually not a fan of large factor type collision centers, however I was really impressed from how they kept the process moving forward. You were always notified if there was a delay. It did not come from them, but a part that took an extra day to show up. Once I received the vehicle, I even took a tape measure to see if it was lined up on the replacement and repair and it was spot on! Thank you!

I scraped my vehicle on a white pillar in my parking garage and took it to Crash Champions in Torrance. My claim was through USAA which Jose took care of. He told me my vehicle would be ready in one week. I was kept informed the entire process and Jose went above and beyond and had my vehicle ready in 3 days!! The work is fantastic and my car was super clean! Couldn’t be happier! The absolute best!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with this center. Unfortunately, there appears to be a serious lack of communication, customer service, and professionalism throughout this process. What should have been a simple repair has now taken months to resolve. Communication has been especially frustrating. Calls and emails often go unanswered for extended periods, and updates are rarely provided unless I reach out first. A customer should not have to repeatedly call the center just to receive updates or follow up on work that was still incomplete. On both occasions when I picked up my vehicle, it was returned to me in a filthy condition. In addition, there is excess polish compound left on the car that was never properly removed. I attempted to follow up about this issue as well, but I have yet to receive a response. As a result, I will now have to pay out of pocket to have the residue professionally removed. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled, especially since my previous experiences with this center had been positive. I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism.

My car was struck on two occasions within three months. My insurance sent me to Crash Champions for the first repairs which was the entire front end of my Challenger. They did an amazing job and I went back after my car has sustained a deep gouge in the rear quarter panel and paid out of pocket. After both repairs my car looked new. The costs were fair and I highly recommend them.
