I cannot say enough good things about this place. For starters, I had the unique and unfortunate experience of needing body work twice in a two week period of time 🙃 When receiving quotes, the ease of receiving my quote with Collision San Antonio was 10/10. I was able to send in photos and heard back by EOD both times what my estimate would be. Of all the centers i reached out to, it was the most appropriate price and the quickest completion of the project. when I had dropped off my vehicle, I had to wait for my uber in the lobby. I had a chance to overhear the owner conducting and interview of a potential new hire while I waited. From what I heard, I could instantly tell how much pride the owner takes in his business. His questions were thorough and he really wanted to make sure the applicant was well equipped for the job. I could tell he wasn’t just going to hire anyone. I left feeling confident that my car would be well taken care of and the quality of the repairs was going to be top tier. I wasn’t let down. My car came back looking perfect and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Thank you collision SA!!!!

I was very impressed with Collision San Antonio Auto Body Shop Bumper Repair and Paintless Dent Removal. The shop was clean, the staff were professional and friendly, and they completed my car damage repair quickly and at a great price. I appreciated the speedy service and the affordable rates. Highly recommend this auto body repair center for anyone needing reliable collision work. Manuel was great.

I chose Mr. Chacon’s shop based on his reviews and I will say the service, communication and quality of work equally matches. The insurance company I have is normally difficult to deal with but thankfully I was able to get my car taken care of and I had faith it was in good hands with Mr. Chacon. He gives good deals within reasonable limits and he will let you know what your car needs and makes sure he answers all your questions. I would recommend this shop to anybody I know. I’m glad I chose Mr. Chacon because I had no idea what I was doing or what needed to be done. He was great with making sure I was taken care of and it was a job well done.

Manuel and his team are super professional and do great work! Not only did they make my crushed vehicle look brand new but they also helped me out with the insurance deductible which made a world difference. Highly recommend and I’m a customer for life

Collision San Antonio Auto Body Shop did an amazing job repairing the hail damage on my vehicle. It only took a week, and my car looks brand new! Manuel was super helpful throughout the whole process—he made everything smooth and stress-free. Great customer service and quality work.
