This was such a refreshing experience compared to some of the other places I was shopping around. I was looking for something to give my Lexus IS350 some kick. The stock subwoofer just wasn't cutting it. Kevin showed me some great options and I decided to go with two Hertz CBA 250s to save space vs a traditional box and these absolutely slam. A great deal I couldn't pass up and couldn't be happier. I drove home with the biggest grin on my face cycling though different songs. Finally something that rivals my home theater system 😆. Felix did an incredible job installing the subs. Looks clean, sounds clean 10/10. Everything I wanted and more. Thank you so much for the incredible service and install. Absolutely killed it and the San Pedro location (0/5 stars -horrible customer service) could seriously learn from these two professionals.

Vien took amazing care of my car! He listened to my concerns about upgrading my radio. The service was done quickly but with precision and accuracy. I’m hoping to go back to tint my whole car next!

Took my car in for an alarm system, specifically asked if it would be done the same day, was told yes. Called about 4 hours later just to learn it would have to stay overnight. Called the following day, mind you never received a phone call from them, just to be told it would have to go to another Custom Sounds store for the programming. Complete waste of time

Went to the location on 410 and bandera in Leon valley. A tech named Wesley was fantastic. Had a loose mounting bracket for my after market stereo. No appointment and I had it installed years ago, this young man didn’t hesitate to help me fix it in the parking lot in less than 10 minutes. Very impressed with the service and will definitely be recommending this kind of service to others.

Custom Sounds was the perfect shop for me. I bought a new car and immediately couldn't stand the stock sound. I called several audio shops in the San Antonio area, and Daniel at Custom was BY FAR the friendliest and most helpful salesman I spoke to. I came in to the shop later that day and Daniel spent the next two hours helping me pick out a full sound system to upgrade my car; he got me everything I wanted for a fair price. Most of the merchandise was at or below online retail averages (something that I thought was UNHEARD OF from a custom shop). The installation was done all in one day and looks great (I've attached some pictures). I told the installers that I wanted the car to look as close to stock as possible and retain the factory radio and they came through in a big way! I could really tell that Joe and Jonathan went the extra mile to keep my car in great shape. The system I got sounds great and is tuned perfectly with no distortion at all. I went with a full JL Audio system with C2 650, C2 690, the XD700/5 5 channel amplifier, and a 12w0v3 single sub in a 2 cu ft sealed enclosure, plus I went with sound dampener in the doors and trunk.
