Terrible experience went in for a simple battery replacement for S550 Mercedes Only to be bamboozled by Owner/service manager was Charge $500 only for them to install incorrect battery size that was recommended by Service technician / manager Then was Insisting vehicle needed additional repairs that weren’t even needed. Highly do not recommend. Not a robot

I was recommended to Peter and team years ago for annual service and repairs, since then Euro automotive has become my one-stop shop. Peter and Anita upfront are always plesent, fair, and transaprent about costs, timing, and best path foward. They go above and beyond in all aspects. Work is always great quality (from standard service to engine and trim repairs), fair pricing while always maintaing outstanding service. I trust Peter and team time and time again!

Honest and reasonable shop. I’ve taken my car here for a broad range of services (regular maintenance, engine problems, bent wheels, etc.). I’ve never been overcharged. They always answer questions over the phone if they can. Customer service is wonderful.

Service was quick, other than that they’re not transparent. Don’t even attempt to offer price comparisons for parts. I quickly found after market upgrades for what I was told needed to be fixed when I was told said parts didn’t exist. Only reason in didn’t haggle with them is because I’m extremely busy this month and I don’t have time for their games. Was also quoted two different numbers over the phone then billed a completely different number??? They’re the reason mechanics get a bad wrap. If you do choose these guys for service you’ll have to keep tabs on them every step of the way to make sure you’re not taken advantage of. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a busy schedule Update: they tried to inflate all my tires past the point of the recommended psi. They were all around 38-39 which is crazy for a normal sized sedan. Not only that but now my tires have bumps and they worsened an already patched hole in one of them by over inflating them. Some guy named Peter was the one I was dealing with but I’m not sure who worked on my car. Crazy how honest work is hard to come by now days.
