Let me tell you that when I say these guys know what they are doing, they KNOW what they are doing! My wife and I have a 2016 Land Rover Range Rover and we’d smell oil now and again after driving it. Coolant level would occasionally run low, and we were really starting to become concerned. We first took it to the dealer and they said the timing cover was leaking along with some other gaskets and gave us a quote worth more than the car is worth! I was in actual disbelief. I was referred to European Auto Tech Service by my cousin and he told me these guys are the best in the business, especially when it comes to European cars. Hector, the owner met me and gave me a quick tour of the shop. It’s so clean and organized and i felt good knowing my car was going to be with someone that pays great attention to details. Not even a couple days had gone by and he calls me to let me know it’s NOT the timing cover leaking, it was just the vacuum pump at the bottom of the timing cover. We also had some bad injectors, leaking valve cover gaskets, and a leaking pipe in the valley of the engine- he even asked if I wanted to use aluminum replacement parts for my cooling system to basically make it

I brought my Boxster in for brakes and an oil change and not only did they have it done the same day they did it cheaper than the other quotes I got. Hector went above and beyond with his service and was ready to answer any questions I had. Very happy to have a shop I can trust in OC, will be returning for future work.

A+++ Service and Repairs! I can’t speak highly enough of Hector at European Auto Tech Service. He is honest, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly takes pride in his work. I previously took my Audi to AutoMax in Newport Beach and was told I needed a new engine. Considering the scope and cost of that repair, I had my car towed to Hector for a second opinion. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue as faulty injectors and spark plugs and took care of everything. My car has been running perfectly ever since. He saved me from a major and unnecessary repair! If you are looking for a trustworthy and exceptionally skilled mechanic, European Auto Tech Service has my highest recommendation!!
