This was my first experience with The OC house of Suspension. They came highly recommended. Luis was very helpful, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and quick. I had my 25’ RV in for alignment. I live out of town but would come back if needed in this area.

After struggling with an issue on my Audi for years, I decided to give them a shot. To my amazement, within less than an hour, they pinpointed the source of the problem, something others had failed to diagnose. Luis, in particular, was fantastic! His expertise and dedication to customer service truly stood out. Not only did they tackle the mystery issue, but they also did an outstanding job with my tire rotation and alignment. It's refreshing to find a shop that combines professionalism with genuine care for their clients. I do not normally write reviews, but as someone who is in the automotive space myself I feel OC House deserves one. I drive a heavily modified and lifted 2014 Lexus GX460. I had OC do my alignment 2 years ago after a recommendation from a few friends - Perfect. 0 rubbing even with 35’s, no pulling or drifting, same day service. After 2 years of abuse on my rig I needed another one, problem is, I live in Colorado. I took it to my local shop in Colorado (who claims to specialize in Offroad) and the alignment was atrocious. Caster turned down so it rubs EVERYWHERE, pulling right, crazy torque steer. That next week I was driving to California for Christmas so I figured I’d drive through the pain and bring it straight to OC House when I get down here. That’s exactly what I did. Took my rig straight to OC House, they performed the 4 wheel alignment same day, bumped my caster up as it should be on a lifted rig, adjusted toe and camber, now it no longer rubs at all, and no pulling or torque steer at all. It drives PERFECT. I drove 1,000 miles to get my alignment done by the best. Moral of story: Do not take your rig anywhere else. OC House of Suspension is the BEST in OC for off-road align
