Solid shop and solid guy! I was in a bind for a cat replacement and Javi came through. He is my new mechanic! I will be going back for brakes and then shocks/struts. I highly recommend this shop as you won't get ripped off with dealer prices. Javi is a super nice family man to top it off.

Javi is an honest, skilled mechanic and someone I trust with my vehicles. He stays busy and works by appointment for a reason—he does great work and treats people right. I originally found Javi after I was rear-ended and needed help with my exhaust pipe. That was years ago, and I’ve been going to him ever since. He’s taken great care of me and my family’s vehicles. What’s great is he can do just about everything—mufflers, exhaust work, full auto repair, paint, and more. If you’re looking for a mechanic who’s honest and knows what he’s doing, Javi’s the guy.

Great shop, I used to take my old but fun 1999 V6 Mustang there. They've done a lot of work of my mustang while I was using it, two engine swaps, an oil pan swap, and a lot more. My only ever issue here was two bolts were missing from the oil pan after their installation for some reason but thankfully I caught it while working on some of the easier stuff down below and they replaced the bolts ASAP at night additional cost. Yup.

Went to Javi’s for a new exhaust system and Initially Javi seemed like a nice helpful person. Told me he would have it finished by end of day or early next day- at the latest. By end of day I called to see what’s going on, he tells me he ordered the wrong size. He tells me he reordered pipes and that he’d make sure it would be finished by Sunday. Sunday comes along, still have heard from Javi- doesn’t return my calls. I drive over there to see what’s going on, and he’s there sitting around with some friends. I ask if the vehicle is done, he says no, haven’t gotten to it yet. He tells me it’s Sunday and he’s not even supposed to be there. He tells me I can take it if I like, I ask well is it ready or not, he says no… He tells me again, go ahead take it. I told him that a LOUSY way to do business and a few other choice words & took my vehicle. I found a Much better Muffler shop at Big B Mufflers & Fabrication in Lake Forest for almost $200 less. I have never written a bad review on any establishment- but this Javi guy deserves it in my opinion. He’s full of himself! He had told me he’s been there like 17 years or whatever- I think he’s been there Too long.
