⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend EUROPEAN AUTO WERKS highly enough! I brought in my 2007 Mercedes-Benz E350 with 133,000 miles, originally expecting a tune-up and engine mounts. After thoroughly inspecting the car, they found some additional repairs that were much more critical and needed to be prioritized. In the end, I had the front ball joints replaced, a complete tune-up, the drive belt and a pulley replaced, new engine mounts installed, and an oil leak repaired. Did it add up? Absolutely! My final bill was around $4,800. But sitting here now, I am SO glad I made the decision to just get everything taken care of at once. It was genuinely the best $4,800 I have ever spent on this car. When I picked it up and drove it home, I could hardly believe it was the same Mercedes. I’ve owned this car for six years, and it has never driven this smoothly. The engine is incredibly smooth and quiet, the shifting feels seamless, the braking is smooth, and the entire car feels tight, solid, and refined again. It honestly doesn’t feel like a car with 133,000 miles on it. It feels brand new. Before taking it to EUROPEAN AUTO WERKS, I was seriously considering trading it in and buying a newer vehicl

Just had European Auto Werks check my brakes. They told me that the pads had over 50% remaining, and the Discs looked good. With 92,000 miles on the odometer, they could have told me I need discs and pads, but they didn't. They were totally honest! I always enjoy taking my vehicles to European Auto Werks! Chris and the staff are always very courteous and always reply promptly. They do my A and B services much cheaper than the dealers. Their other services/repairs are half the price of the dealerships....and faster. I have never had to take any of my vehicles back after a repair for something not completed. Have been a customer for many years!

European Auto Werks is an independent shop specializing in Mercedes-Benz (and certain Volvos). This is easily my favorite auto shop! Chris, Scott, and team are the best Mercedes experts around and always provide friendly, high-integrity service. And of course their prices are far superior to any dealership service centers. I confidently own older Mercedes vehicles knowing I can count on this team to both prevent and resolve any issues.

Chris and his team came highly recommended by a friend of mine who is a repeat customer. They quickly diagnosed my 2003 E320 and offered multiple ways forward based on budget. Heck, they even recommended a great towing company to get my car there. Everything was explained to me in detail and my car was soon back on the road. Nice folks and great service!

This place has helped my 1986 Mercedes a few times. Chris, the owner, knows these cars well and is a “straight shooter” … he will advise you well on anything you need to know about Mercedes. Barbara, at front desk, is so nice too! They are also very reasonable on their prices to work on your car.
