Courteous customer service, no pressure, bilingual staff that efficiently diagnosed and explained recommended repairs, options, priorities. Same day, timely, efficient service. Clean, welcoming wait area with coffee and tea provided. I really liked that I didn't have to wait for hours for service without an appointment like the other, bigger place I went to before and reasonable prices.

I got an alignment here a few months ago. The guy upfront said if I change tires within the year and need to do another alignment they will hook it up for free I said alright cool, that's good service. Well Wednesday 26AUG26 I attempted to do the free alignment they said they can't that day but I can book an appoinment and they will hook it up. I set it up for 9am on Saturday 29AUG26 bring the car in like 10 minutes early turn everything over and then get picked up, asked how long it will take, says about an hour. I go do some things and come back 2 hours about 11am. Talk to the guy says they haven't even looked at my car because "too much appointments" I said "but mine was at 9am" he was like yea but we have a lot. I'm not exactly understanding what I'm setting an appointment for then. Anyway I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If you value service just go to discount down the street!

Needed tires as I picked up an object, see photo, Raul helped me with two options of tires for the two sets of rims, see two pics, nice guy, offered alignment but I know I need components replaced then I may option the alignment. Thanks Raul. I went with the Silverado wheels and 245 45 18s.. yay, did you see that wheel weight lodged in my tire??

They were highly knowledgeable and very professional. The store was clean and there was even bottled water and coffee in their waiting area. Price was fair and the service went so smooth. I’d highly recommend them. Michael, the gentleman who I talked to initially was very nice.

Hi. My Alignment was done in a timely manner . But my c are sat outside for 19 minutes and the techs didn't come to the lobby letter it was done. I was in the impression that they were doing paperwork on my car ,but the my paperwork in the blue lastic folder was with all the others. Besides that its all good. They had burgers, dogs, desserts, sodas and water for a i think 50 year anniversary!! This made it all better.
