I had a flat tire, But Firestone replace my tire same day Even though I didn’t make appointment and it was hard to find the Size of my tire, but they Picked it up from the warehouse for me. I appreciated to ljibeo so much, sorry if I misspelled his name lol. They are the best. Thank you!

Alex the manager was very pleasant and informative. He was caring, understanding and professional. Everyone walked out with a smile while I was there. I haven’t stopped talking about him today. I walked out of there feeling very confident and satisfied! I called around before deciding where to go and this location felt more inviting and the price was slightly the best price.

Isidro was super helpful and kind. He drive me to my house and picked me up so I didn’t have to wait in the lobby while my car was being worked on. He was also very honest with the scheduled maintenance my car needed for the mileage my Nissan rogue has. I drive a 2018 and currently have 123k miles on it. I got my spark plugs changed and also my brakes. I thought I was going to need more replacements of other parts like my shocks and struts and belt but after an inspection he reassured me that my car was in better condition that I thought it was in and performed the maintenance I truly needed. Thank you so much for your integrity and taking care of me and my car.

I had a great experience at Firestone with their AC diagnostic service. The staff was professional, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. They clearly explained what they were checking and made sure I understood the condition of my AC system without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The diagnostic itself was quick and thorough, and I appreciated how straightforward the whole process felt. They honored the promotional pricing for the diagnostic after leaving a review, which was a nice bonus and showed they stand by their service. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this location if you need an AC check or general car service. Solid customer service and a smooth experience.

The staff at Firestone was hesitant to bring in my 2014 Smart Fortwo for my scheduled oil change and tire rotation because they have never had one in their shop before but they took on the challenge and made it happen and took care of me. Great people and great customer service.
