Won’t be a returning customer anymore. I used to be a loyal customer because they checked every box I could hope for in a quick service oil change location. Which were fast service, great prices, and no annoying up selling tactics. Just change my oil and let me be on my way. Now that they’ve gotten new ownership/management it is none of those things. I’d be in and out of the location in 10-15 minutes and pay $75. Now it’s constant upselling and over 30% increase in price. Might as well go to jiffy lube across the street now.

As someone who had oil changed here over the past 5 years. They have new employee and they started doing different procedure such as removing air filter and cabin filter as part of "Oil change". I was charged $108 with Cabin air filter when I declined both filter replacement as stated. I only came to get "Oil Changed" including "Oil filter" only. They didn't hear me clearly when I declined the offer of the engine and air cabin filters. Only "Oil Changed" including "Oil filter". Isaac, with all due respect, even if you have 20 years of mechanic experience, as a customer my only request labor is "Oil change" including "Oil filter" only. After I was charged for that regardless of "$20 credit off", while I was on my way home, I realized they did not have the sticker of "Next oil change service" on the top left and the receipt on the date was last 03/21/25 with pen crossed over with new date 10/10/25. No longer recommend this place

The young staff wearing hats are very rude and unfriendly. The prices are not cheap. I do not recommend this place to people who want friendly and quick service.

I visited Fast Lube’N Go on the recommendation of family for a quick oil change service, and J was not disappointed. The price was reasonable (especially compared to other JiffyLube type establishments) and I was out within 15 minutes. They even checked my other fluids. I would definitely recommend this place if you need your oil changed in a pinch.

The oil change was fast and the cost was reasonable. The good thing I like here they top all your fluids like the coolant, windshield washer fluids and they checked your tire pressure too. I was out of the shop in 15 minutes. Tom the service guy was very courteous and honest showing the parts he used. Address is 3882 Westminster Santa Ana CA 92703
