My Tesla model X was involved in collusion and my falcon wing door and wheel area was damaged. When I dropped the car on Aug 7th morning, I was given very good response that they will coordinate with Tesla directly for everything and I don't have to worry. 10 days have passed and my Tesla adjuster claims that Fremont collision have not contaced them yet. I called collision center and i was told that they still did not get chance to teardown the car and prepare estimate even after 10 days and will contact Tesla insurance only after that is done. I don't have rental car insurance and I am spending everyday $109 for a rental car. They are not concerned about such expenses due to delay. If I was told on Aug 7th that it will take so long, I would have picked another shop. Now I am totally helpless on such delay.

I visited Fremont Collision this morning because GEICO scheduled my appointment here for an estimate. At check-in, the front desk staff member asked if I was there for a drop-off. I explained that I was there only for the scheduled estimate. She took photos of my vehicle but appeared reluctant to clearly photograph all damaged areas and rushed through the process. It felt incomplete and unprofessional. Throughout the interaction, she repeatedly insisted that I drop off my car and seemed unhappy when I declined. Her tone and body language made it clear that she was frustrated that I was not leaving the vehicle. She stated her name was Maizell. While the shop itself may do good repair work, the customer service experience was poor. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. Clear communication, professionalism, and respect for customers need improvement.

The collision center did a fantastic job on my Tesla. They handled everything with expertise, ensuring a seamless repair process. The staff was knowledgeable about electric vehicles and kept me updated throughout. My Tesla looks as good as new—impressive work!

Mismatched silver paint for rear side damage, returned car with plastic molding not attached but found in the trunk. When brought back in, plastic not aligned straight. On rear side quarter panel, where it should be a flat face, bubbled gloss. On a part that wasn't even damaged protective clear plastic film was removed and not reapplied. I brought my vehicle here due to the geico insurance. Customer service was provided. Please understand that i had to drive 30 minutes to get here and back from my home some what a hassle just to have them fix little things that were over looked and missed. I expected my car to be returned in a condition that it was before accident or better, recieved car as it is noticeable it has been in an accident and an attempt to repair was tried.

used 3rd party part for replacement (front bumper) and the paint job did not match. They repainted the bumper and said it would take a day to do. Still did not match well. Repainted 2nd time slightly better but not great. Greeting from staff was below average. Working with the geico representative was above average.
