Prompt, communicative, easy to work with, and very reliable. These are just a few things that are very difficult to find in a service technician. And on top of that, they come to you. I’ve called them numerous times afterwards for other projects on my other vehicle and there’s something comforting knowing they work and have openings at night as well. On top of that, they have this customer appreciation reward. Long story short, they’ve been a big help and I can’t wait until they get their official garage up and running for bigger projects.

Good afternoon! Garage 360 is absolutely amazing! I reached out to them yesterday, and they immediately sent me a link to upload my vehicle information. Within the same day, I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day and submit my deposit. Once my deposit was confirmed, my appointment time was immediately confirmed as well. On the day of my appointment, they arrived right on time. I even received a text letting me know they were on the way, along with their estimated time of arrival. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent! My car was repaired the same day, and I was extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. The payment options were also convenient and made the entire experience even better. I highly recommend Garage 360 to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and convenient automotive service. They truly made the entire process easy and stress-free!

Honestly, I’m emotional writing this. I cannot thank God enough for helping me find this business. My car stalled on the way to work and I had to leave it behind because it was possibly the alternator. Every place in the area I called was quoting me 1000 or more and that’s not even including a tow. This place quoted me under 1000 and that included the labor the part, and them going to my car and running a diagnostic first as well. Thankfully, it happened to be the battery placed in the wrong way. They went to my workplace 20 miles away from Dallas! The drive, diagnostic, labor, and battery were such a good price! I also now have a three-year warranty with them and would only have to pay for the labor if I need one. I didn’t have to get a tow. I didn’t even have to be there. They were so accommodating and so kind. Even before I chose their business, they were so kind and gave me so much helpful advice. I was told today that this old battery was very dangerously placed. The last person who put in my battery could’ve killed me! Please guys it’s so hard to find trustworthy, skilled mechanics these days! Trust me when I tell you you’re not going to be disappointed.

I can’t recommend Valentino enough! He was punctual, worked quickly, and was friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything and made the repair completely stress-free. His pricing was also far better than any of the auto repair shops I contacted. If you’re looking for someone who’s honest, reliable, and affordable, this is the person to call. I’ll definitely be using him again for any future repairs!

I had a great experience with this car service. He was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right. It’s hard to find someone reliable these days, but I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing car repairs or maintenance. Great service and fair pricing overall.
