DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY GIRLS!!Came here last time to fix my dodge charger due to tapping noise and engine sign showing. They quoted me $3.1k to get it fixed for the tapping noise and engine sign showing. When we came to pick it up and drive around few miles, the engine came back and the sound came back, nothing was fixed. We went back 3 to 4 times, nothing was fixed. The mechanic told us that when I change my oil, I will have to ask for the Lucas oil for the sound to go away. I drove this car for a bit and I start smelling gas coming from my AC. Mind you we paid 3.1k for upper intake gasket, oil pressure sensor, and coolant temp sensor ($300 total) for THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS for labor. we came back to get the oil change because we paid high amount just for them to say they were busy twice in two days. They said they were full at 9 am although there were empty spaces. We overpaid them for something they did not even fix!! Would never go back again and do not recommend. The mechanics here really know what they’re doing and they don’t pressure you into spending more on unnecessary repairs. When I took my car here to have them look at the brakes, they recommended some repairs and told me which ones had the highest priority. I ended up having them do the stuff that needed immediate attention and now my brakes are noticeably better! It’s also good to know about other stuff I might need done in the near future, and I will definitely be taking my car back to Highlands Auto Care when they come up! Also, they are one of the very few shops that are open on weekends which helps me out so much with the schedule I have !

These guys are amazing! and very professional. I was having trouble with my key I drive a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan and they went above and beyond gave me peace of mind and quoted me better than most places I called. Thanks guys! Make sure y’all show them some love!

The team here is super thorough and professional. They were also clear with the work done and provided clear recommendations for future work without being too pushy. My issue was mainly electrical, and I loved that they had an expert in that area. I took the car to another mechanic shop, and they recommended I replace the starter assembly ($500- $ 700). I wanted a second opinion, so I took my car to Highlands, and in just a few minutes, the team diagnosed that the issue was not the starter assembly; it was the ignition switch! Completely different price range! They've earned my trust, and I'd highly recommend them!

I had a great experience at Highlands Auto Center. The team is professional, honest, and very efficient. They diagnosed an engine misfire on my 2012 Volvo S60 T5 quickly and had the car back to me even earlier than they expected! They replaced all the ignition coils and spark plugs, and I really appreciated that their inspection was completely transparent and matched my own research perfectly. Their great hours were a lifesaver in my time of need. If you want a shop you can trust with your Volvo and your wallet, this is the place!
