Aatif and Alex were amazing! I came to Hillside auto repair based off the reviews and they did not disappoint. My BMW was leaking a lot of oil and I wasn’t sure where to take the car to. After doing my research I trusted my guts and brought my car to them and Javier (Euro Master Tech) treated my car like his own and walked me thru the process to fix all wrong with my car. They explained all repairs and services needed and were almost $1k cheaper than the dealership. They were very upfront and honest even sending me photos of everything to ensure being replaced. This is my go to shop and I highly recommend Aatif and Alex for anyone who is unsure about automotive repairs. Thank you Hillside Auto Repair Torrance! They also have an amazing waiting room with a fully stocked mini fridge with amazing chocolates!

Forget going anywhere else for total car/ownership care. I recently moved from Torrance, CA and had both of my cars taken care of while living there for the past couple of years - just wished I would have gone much sooner upon arriving in 2021. Toyota/Chevy Dealers in the local area are crooks and will not provide the customer care and experience that Charlies offers. Case in point, recently I had an oil change on my Toyota TRD and they found a Timing chain pan leak that costs $$$$ to replace. Based on this truck still having a mfg drive train warranty - only two weeks remaining. Toyota never honored the warranty repair but tried to sell it off as a power steering pump which was not covered. For two weeks I made three visits to the local dealer and they refused to admit what it truly was - warranty coverage repair. Fortunately, I was also working with Charlies and specifically Mechanic/CS expert "Alex". Upon leaving the shop from the first diagnosis of the pan leak, ALEX went above and beyond to understand my coverages and to make a long story short, found that I had a LIFETIME Power train warranty added at the time of purchase of the truck in WA state. Aatif helped me out so much! I had realized that I was losing air in my tire, so I stopped at one tire place and they said it would be 3 hours! I called another place and they told me 2 hours. I was going to miss my nieces birthday party and I was freaking out. I pulled into the gas station across the street to add air to the tire and I saw Hillside Auto Repair. I called them and he told me to come in and it shouldn’t take long. I got there and Aatif was working the counter but he went and made sure my tire got fixed and did it in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely come back. He really saved the day!!!

Hillside Auto Repair is the only place I take my car. I was quoted triple the amount from the scamming Lexus dealership... Aatif and Alex the managers, explained everything I needed and even sent me photos of all the parts and repairs needed. They provided me a very reasonable price and offered to drop me off home. These guys know their shit and got my car done same day.

I highly recommend this mechanic shop. They are very reliable, honest, and always make sure the job gets done right. Their prices are amazing and very fair compared to other shops. They took the time to diagnose the issue properly and got my car running great again. The staffs are amazing and keeps you updated throughout the process. If you’re looking for a spot to get your car running right i recommend this place.
