My van died while driving through the area. I don't live locally but 2 hours away. You can imagine my surprise when I found someone at Walt's on a Sunday afternoon, just as the tow truck pulled in. The mechanic, who identified himself as the lead mechanic, took the time to do a quick inspection and was pretty certain it was the alternator from my description and what he found after performing a few tests. He was super friendly, jumped the van, put it in the garage, and took my information. The next morning, I received a call right away asking for more information. Within an hour, I had a quote. Within a few hours, the van was finished and ready for pickup! The amount was very reasonable for the repair and even had an AAA discount. I wish Walt's was in San Diego! Thank you! It's running great!

Hands down one of the best shops I’ve been to. These guys are honest, friendly, and know what they’re doing. Paul took the time to explain everything, gave me a fair price, and got my car fixed without any hassle. It’s hard to find a shop you can actually trust, but I definitely found one here. Great service, great work, and no surprises. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family.

My mechanic diagnosed I need replace a transmission. I asked Chat GPT that who is the best for second opinion. It recommended Walt’s. Walt’s mechanic found out it’s not transmission it maybe engine mount problem. Walt’s replaced an engine mount and my car is very smooth and quiet now. Im really happy.

Truely a pleasure to work with Paul and the team on getting my truck back up and running. I have been looking for a new mechanic for 3 or 4 years now and I am sure I found the right one. Dropped off my car late in the day and the folks at Walt’s were able to take care of it! Not only that Paul (the service manager) fixed my key FOB for nothing extra. And they got the best restroom!
