I've been coming to Japanese Auto Center for years, and they've always taken great care of me. This time I brought in my Lexus because it was throwing a P0328 knock sensor code. I explained the symptoms I was experiencing, and they took the time to properly diagnose the problem instead of just guessing. They found that one of the hoses had ripped, which was contributing to the issue. They replaced both knock sensors, the wiring harness, the intake manifold gaskets, and everything else that needed to be replaced using quality parts. Now my car is running super smooth again. They originally estimated the repair would take about four days, but I got my car back in just one day, which was a great surprise. I'm really happy with the service. They do honest, high-quality work, and it's one of the reasons I've trusted them for so many years. Dan's the man, and he has a great team behind him. Thanks to all the guys and women at the shop for taking care of my car. I definitely recommend Japanese Auto Center if you're looking for a shop you can trust.

I have been taking my kia Sorento for service and repairs at japanese auto center now for a couple years. They have never tried to upsell me on work i did not need. They have done a great and clean job every time. They are very honest and prices are great. Stop shopping around. Go to japanese auto center. They have great customer service, great techs and are great people.

I have been having an issue with my car , I was originally going to take it to the Nissan dealership but decided to speak to someone else beforehand . So when I reached out they said google “Japanese car repair shop “ and you guys popped up , and specialized in my type of car repair. So I called in and spoke to Dan and he was very nice and helpful , he ended up fitting me in same day even with his shop being so busy. I got a quote and bright it back 2 days later and I am happy to say my car is running smooth! Thank you Dan and team!

Japanese Auto Simply rules. The owner Dan is the man he always takes care of us. He makes sure his staff do the same. These are honest, reputable mechanics. You can't go wrong with this repair shop. I'll have all my vehicle serviced here. You got to make an appointment because they're real busy. Everybody knows and if you have AAA you get a 10% discount. Keep doing a great job Japanese Auto. All the staff are nice. The man with the Dodge Caravan 🤗 This place rules!, I'll be back! 👍🏽
