I'm so glad I found Timothy and his team! I had been to a couple of other mechanics who couldn't seem to fix my car's persistent check engine light. They'd give me quick fixes and send me on my way, only for the light to come back on shortly after. It was incredibly frustrating.Taking my car to Timothy's shop was a completely different experience. He and his staff were able to diagnose the actual problem, and they fixed it for a fair price. They didn't just give me a temporary solution; they resolved the issue completely, and the check engine light hasn't come back on since.I highly recommend Timothy's shop to anyone looking for honest and competent auto repair. It's a relief to finally have my car running properly without the worry of that check engine light.

I had my Honda van worked on because the sliding side door had stopped working, which was a huge inconvenience with getting my kids in and out. I took it to Import Automotive Repair, and they had it working again much quicker than I expected. While they were inspecting the van, they also found a suspension issue that I wasn't even aware of. They took the time to explain everything clearly and even walked me through using my CarMax warranty. In the end, all I had to pay was my deductible. What really stood out was how genuinely they cared about helping me in and out the door. They were honest, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. Even after my CarMax warranty expires, I'll continue bringing my vehicles to Import Automotive Repair. I highly recommend them!

This owner runs an exceptionally professional business! I have taken my Mercedes RV for service, as well as my Lexus sports car. On both services I was very impressed with how well I was treated as a female Senior Citizen and customer. I had my Lexus engine replaced! The price was steep, but fair. It has run smooth for 2 years now. I highly recommend this business.
