My goodness - what an exceptional business! We noticed that our air conditioning wasn't performing as well as it used to and decided to call Irvine Air to diagnose the issue. Turns out - we were waaay over for replacing our AC unit! Irvine Air is incredibly accommodating, patient, and prompt. Don't even hesitate to contact Irvine Air if you're having AC issues. We recently had a really great experience with IRVINE AIR and wanted to share it. We live in Laguna Woods, and during the recent heat wave our AC stopped cooling. It was basically just blowing air like a fan, and the house became very uncomfortable. Our appointment was scheduled for today between 10 AM and 12 PM. The scheduling process was smooth, and we were told that Amin would call about 30–40 minutes before arriving. Everything went exactly as promised. Amin and his team were professional, punctual, respectful, and very easy to work with. Amin is also such a friendly and polite person that it honestly felt like we had known him for years. He communicated clearly, explained everything well, and made the whole experience much less stressful. It is not always easy to find reliable and dependable service these days, so we really appreciated how organized and professional they were. We are very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Amin and the IRVINE AIR team to anyone who needs AC or HVAC repair.

My AC unit broke down in the middle of a heat wave! So I searched on Google for a local Irvine company and noticed Irvine Air had 5 stars. The repair technician, Amin, was very knowledgeable about my old AC unit. It needed a few parts replaced, and he explained everything clearly so I know he was being honest. (I learned a few things about AC units from my cousin.) He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about AC units. The cost of the repair was very reasonable! I thought for sure it was going to cost me a lot more. I highly recommend Amin at Irvine Air.

During the latest heat wave my A/C went out. Good luck getting a company to come out right? Well Irvine Air was incredibly responsive. I called about 3:30 PM expecting him to tell me it will be a day or 2 at best. To my surprise Amin (owner) said he would try to get someone out that evening or early the next day for sure. He said he would call me in 2 hours to update me. Sure enough he called and said he still hoped for that evening. I had several conversations with him the last being about 9:30 that same evening. I had to tell him the HOA would not allow them in that late and let’s push it to following morning. Their guy showed up the next day, fixed the problem rather quickly and I was a happy guy. The communication skills, responsiveness of this company are remarkable. When I need to replace my 26 year old unit, I will definitely go with Irvine Air. The most important thing to me is availability and responsiveness. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. JN.

I recently worked with Amin and his team to complete a major upgrade: replacing a 24-year-old AC and gas furnace system, plus a separate ADU unit, with two new heat pumps. It was a big project, and I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Amin was great to work with—he was incredibly patient with my questions and helped me navigate the options. He ensured we selected units that met my specific preferences for refrigerant and low noise levels, while also qualifying for federal tax credits. On top of the expert guidance, his pricing was very reasonable and competitive. The installation crew was professional and did a great job. We ran into a few unforeseen issues during the process, but Amin and the team explained everything clearly and resolved the situations perfectly. They always kept me in the loop and explained the solutions and options. Some of the solutions required electrical work and painting, but Amin even went above and beyond by referring contractors to help who also had fair and competitive pricing. I highly recommend Amin and Irvine Air!
