I wrecked my Mercedes E350. For the insurance, it was a total loss. I decided to keep the car as "owner retained " and repair it. Loredo Paint & Body did an amazing job and quick ! I am smitten by their work and i am a demanding customer. I highly recommend them. Photos after they fixed it and how ingave it to them !!! Very happy by the result. Awesome job !

Matt and his crew did an amazing job with my car! He was very professional and polite. He kept me informed on everything throughout the process and even sent progress pictures along the way. They did an amazing job and are wonderful people to work with! He was able to get my car in and out in a very timely manner and you can’t even tell anything had happened. Awesome local business and would highly recommend to anybody needing work done!

Rare to find top-notch customer service such as provided by Matt Loredo and his team. Excellent communication both with me and the insurance company, and my Mini Cooper is restored to like new condition. In addition, they went above and beyond to help me out with an unfortunate experience I had with another car place. Best experience ever in my 45+ years of owning cars. 💯% ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An A++ for sure! Amazing job, even repainted scratched areas not even asked for. Called around and checked reviews before finally finding the long term Family owned shop. Price was nearly identical to one given me by another ship 3 years ago. Went out of their way to find me a rental car when none were available anywhere. Easy to deal with owners and son. I’ve found my paint and body shop in San Antonio!
