They do not know what they are doing. I had a custom box built, and 2 subs installed. I arrived after being told my truck was ready and the owner says, "yeah it sounds good, come in the back." We go around back and they are still connecting wires?? Finally I connect to the system and attempt to play music and ZERO sound comes from the subs. So they proceed to remove the subs and rewire them???? Finally sound comes out and it is extremely underwhelming! He says amp isnt strong enough and I need a different one. So I purchased the one he says. I go home and install the amp myself because they are closing already. Again completely underwhelming audio. After my own hours of research and talking with an audio friend I find out the amp he sold me is no stronger than my current amp!! Now im stuck with a brand new near 400 dollar amp that is worthless to my needs and im sure they will not accept it as a return! These guys seem to be thieves and crooks. They also installed a 2.5 in seat lift to accommodate the box but they didn't attach the rear seat latches and my seats wouldn't lock in place. I had to tell them to install them before I left. They were very nice and respectful and did a badas job on my head lights I absolutely recommend going Marco was so kind all friendly staff loving my headlights thank you again for kindness and help they know what there doing I will definitely go back soon for some subs

Marco (Owner of MAS Audio) provided my wife and I with excellent, friendly advice and highly professional service with regard to my 2015 BMW 328i needing a Backup Camera (which, for some unknown/strange reason, this particular BMW didn't come with one!). MAS was the only store that was able to not only answer all my questions, but the only store even willing to take on the job! I found no other retailer in the San Antonio area that followed up with me, let alone even state to me that they could do the work involved (appearing like they were afraid to even touch a BMW!!). Marcos the owner and his team were able to install a custom box behind my driver seat of my 2003 Dodge Ram single cab. They were also able to get rid of my manual windows by installing powered windows regulars and harness . Also got a new double din with Apple car play and reverse camera under my bed door handle. Great work and great prices if you are looking for custom boxes and projects.
