Received an amazingly high quality repaint job at a price that was over 30% lower than other shop quotes. The staff was professional and executed the job quickly. Hard to beat!

Work is okay, but they arent honest. My car had trouble codes as soon as i drove it away, he said he didnt see anything upon testing. Total BS that now i have to deal with on my own, because they dont care enough to reset sensors and electronics after doing work.

Geico recommended this body shop as a trusted body shop. I didn't do research and left the car for the repairs. Approximately 3 weeks later, they reached out to me to say that the vehicle is ready. The work is of extremely poor quality; I wouldn't pay a penny for it. I don't know where they are painting, but the paint is full of dust and dirt, and it is not smooth at all. It appears that they didn't use a paint booth, and the paint is contaminated. They didn't put any effort into sanding or polishing at the end. Manager Andrew simply told me that Geico doesn't pay enough to do a good quality job, and if I want better quality, I have to pay them extra. For any Geico customers or Tesla owners, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you are seeking a high-quality job.

My bumper got ripped off from a parking accident 18 months ago and got Mountain View Body Shop to fix it. They had to order a replacement bmw m-sport bumper and repaint it. Fast forward November 2024 I noticed some paint peeling/bubbling around my headlights on both side. I brought it to the shop and was told it's not covered by warranty as curb rash under the bumper can cause this. What? Had the car for 3 years and same curb rash on the bottom bumper didn't cause this issue yet they use this as an excuse. Andrew the manager told me in November he will email the head manager "to see what they can do,". I called in December, January and more recently early February 2025, still no call back from the shop for any resolution.

My Tesla Model Y got a damaged driver side rear panel + bumper + rim. I chose Mountain View Body Shop because of the positive reviews and also because it’s a recognized Tesla repair shop. And I’m glad that I picked them - the repair process was a breeze, except obtaining the parts from Tesla which is an issue for all Tesla repairs. The repair went as planned. The only very minor issue was with the interior trim of driver side back door - which I was able to fix myself quickly. Not a major concern at all.
