I left my car here to be repaired, and it ended up staying there for six months. When I finally got my car back, it was damaged. The lights don’t work, and the car was returned extremely dirty. I never left my car in that condition. There are also multiple scratches on the vehicle that were not there when I dropped it off. On top of that, they left me with an outstanding balance with Enterprise for the rental car. The manager, Marty, told me that they would take care of it, but they never did. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT take your car to this place. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop. I strongly recommend staying away from this place.

North Park Collision did a great job fixing my Lexus NX350. They kept me informed along the way and worked everything out with the insurance company so I got the best repair available. I hope to never need them again but would definitely be a return customer should I have the need.

Brought car in due to a rear end accident. Other driver insurance paid. I’ve been with you before and very happy with service and especially the paint work. That’s what brought me back for repairs from this incident. Everything went well u til the day I went to pick up the car. I asked if the backup camera had been calibrated and it had not. I left the car. You said you sent it out to a shop. I arrived that next day after I was told it was ready. I was advised that the other shop stated nothing was wrong. No adjustment was needed. I discussed what I experienced but was assured it was fine. I took it home and put in reverse. It was not fixed. The backup camera still points downward too much. I can see the license plate on the camera and the depth perception is off. Things are closer than they appear because the camera is not pointing out properly. I have notified the insurance appraiser that it needs to be fixed. Here are photos of the computer screen, you can see the license plate and bumper. I have validated with Toyota that this is not correct as it is since the accident. You have been paid for a calibration but your vendor said it did not need any adjustment

This was a tough visit for me because my Lexus LS 460 L, my “Black Beauty,” was declared a total loss by my insurance company. Anyone who truly loves their car understands how hard that moment can be. But I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding professionalism I experienced at North Park Collision. A special thank you to Andres, my service advisor, who handled everything with true professionalism and care. During a difficult situation, he kept me informed, treated me with respect, and made the entire process as smooth as possible. His communication and customer service were top-tier, and you could tell he genuinely cared about helping me through the process. While losing my Lexus was a major loss to my garage space, the level of service I received from Andres and the North Park Collision team made a difficult experience much easier to navigate. Highly professional, transparent, and customer-focused service. Thank you again, Andres, for taking great care of me during this situation.
