I've been coming here for a long time and these guys always do the best work here! Jude makes sure I'm taken care of and gives amazing customer service. I'm often in here to get my tires patched because I'm on the road so much and they get me in and out ASAP. Thanks guys for taking such good care of me and my car!

Jude was great! Everything got done in a timely manner. I got regular updates on the situation and for the one service that could not be provided due to the type of transmission that I had. They went above and beyond and got me a quote from a shop that specialized in that so I can go get that last service that I need.

I had an excellent experience at Pep Boys, Riverside, Magnolia and truly appreciate the team’s professionalism and kindness. After work, my car wouldn’t start because the battery had died. A coworker helped jump-start my car so I could drive it over to Pep Boys, which is conveniently located across the street from where I work. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, the team assisted me immediately and took my car in right away. Within about 40 minutes to an hour, everything was taken care of and my car was ready to go. Both the technician and the gentleman assisting me in the office (who I believe may have been the manager) were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. What truly made the experience special was the thoughtful gesture they left for me—a small Baby Jesus figure on my dashboard. As someone who is religious, that meant a lot to me and was such a kind and unexpected touch. Thank you to the Pep Boys team for the outstanding service. I’m very grateful for the help and would absolutely recommend this location to others.

I would absolutely give zero stars if possible. Now, I see plenty of 5 stars, and good for them. All I know is my experience: First of all, the man at the counter went around and around with my husband about the issue. My husband has knowledge of mechanic work on cars, and knew exactly what he wanted checked. They gave attitude and took the keys, and I waited. I waited and waited. After an hour, i inquired, and the guy told me that the technician who "started" the work just went to lunch. I said how long. He said an hour. They refused to allow anyone else to "finish" his work. So they left me sitting there waiting, thinking that whole time, that my car was being worked on. And I had to wait another full hour while the guy went on lunch break. I had brought my dog with me, because from the prior PepBoys, they had it done in 15 minutes, and I figured the same would happen here, and me and my dog would be on our way. On top of that, they were rude. When the guy came back from lunch, it only took him 15 minutes to replace a part, and finally I could leave. So over 2 hrs, with not even the courtesy of letting me know the guy was going to lunch and I would be waiting another hour. If I
