I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nancy and Eduardo at Pep Boys Auto. They truly went above and beyond for me during what could have easily turned into an awful and stressful evening. I was far from home and desperately needed a new tire, and after being turned away by every other tire shop I contacted, I honestly did not know what I was going to do. Nancy and Eduardo showed me a level of kindness, compassion, professionalism, and genuine customer service that is incredibly rare. They waited for me, made sure I was able to get the tire I needed, had it installed, and made sure I could safely get back on the road and home. What may have felt like simply doing their jobs to them meant so much more to me. I was stranded away from home, stressed, and trying to figure out how I was going to salvage the rest of my evening. Because of Nancy and Eduardo, I was not only able to get home safely, but I was also able to make it to Bible class and celebrate my best friend’s birthday. They completely turned my evening around. I just wanted to acknowledge Nancy at this Pep boys location. She made my day by helping me with my car’s service maintenance. These type of errands can be a real drag due to time, stress, inconvenience and plus it’s expensive. But luckily I was in and out. Nancy went above and beyond in making my experience here worth coming back whenever I’m due for maintenance. She is welcoming, professional and an expert in customer service and cars. Parking is easy. AC is available in the waiting room/reception area. And service is a million stars if I could give her more.

I came here after getting a flat tire. Christina was working the front desk and she was super nice. Eduardo checked out my tire and was quick to find where the air was leaking from (valve stem). He fixed it up quick and i was good to go. Overall the staff is friendly and they are quick and efficient. Definitely will come again.

I recently went to Pep Boys for car service, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Nancy was very professional, and took the time to clearly explain what my car needed without any pressure. The service was quick, efficient, and done right. I really appreciated the honesty and great customer care that Nancy provided. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable car service.P

I visited this Pep Boys location to address a front-end rattling noise that began immediately after prior brake pad/rotor and alignment work (over $1,000) completed at a now-closed Pacific Coast Highway location. I was advised at the time to return within a year if any issues arose. On Sunday, 4/26/26, I dropped off my vehicle at 9:00 AM for inspection. I did not receive any updates throughout the day and had to call at 3:04 PM, at which point I was told the car had been test-driven but no issue was found. When I arrived near closing to check in person, I was informed that my car key and paperwork had been misplaced—possibly left in another customer’s vehicle. As a result, no work was completed, and I was without my car all day. I had to return home to retrieve a spare key. I was asked to come back the next morning (4/27/26) so they could “make things right.” My wife adjusted her work schedule to drop off the car. This time, I accompanied the mechanic on a test drive and clearly demonstrated the rattling noise on rough roads. The mechanic acknowledged the issue and later diagnosed it as worn sway bar links, quoting $250 for the repair and assuring us it would resolve the problem.
