This is my second visit at this location and all staff were helpful and nice. Upon arrival, you are directed to the next available service lane and are greeted by staff. I was informed of each suggested maintenance on my vehicle. There is a thorough safety inspection before they start services (lights, tires, battery, windshield wipers, etc…) The oil change was very fast and the extended business hours are helpful. I recommend this Valvoline location for your next oil change or any other pertinent vehicle service they offer. Outstanding service and staff. Thank you!!

I really wanted to give it a 5 star because everything ran smooth everyone was so nice yet now as I got home I realized that the person whom checked my cabin filter broke my glove compartment, I got home and tried putting my stuff back inside and I can hear rattling so I open it only to find it in pieces because he didn't know how to p properly open it and much less close it he even had to get help from someone else to show him how to open it, i wish we couldve asked for help on how to close it too. Not to mention all the cussing and things he was saying under his breath, I will be calling tomorrow morning to talk to a manager about this because I can't keep my glove compartment this way!!!
