Performance is the only place ill take our vehicles to. They're fast reliable and thorough. Ive recommend these guys to several people in the past. Just had work completed today, they even call to follow up on work they've performed. I highly recommend.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic. This shop has been completely unprofessional from start to finish. Their communication is terrible, they have zero transparency, and every time I ask for an update, I get a different story. I have recordings that contradict what I've been told, making it clear that I haven't been given honest or consistent information. They've had my car for over a week. When it was dropped off, the only diagnostic codes were for the 02 sensor. Now they're claiming the problem is the distribution power box-an issue that was never mentioned before… not to mention, all my lights and radio were still working with no issues when car was sent in so stating it’s a battery issue is absolutely insane. They've had my distribution power box for over a day and still can't give me a straight answer about what's wrong with my vehicle or when it will be repaired. Instead of providing clear explanations, they keep changing their story while my car sits in their shop. Being left without reliable transportation because of poor communication and a lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would never trust this shop with another vehicle, and I strongly e

This is the 3rd time I’ve had to visit Performance Auto for the same issue luckily it is still under warranty ! Jose and staff were very accommodating and took care of the issue quickly even sooner than what Jose communicated prior which I was very happy with that ! Jose was very communicative along the process which I definitely appreciated! I’ve been here 3 x and I would definitely recommend Performance Auto and repair ! They have built and gained my trust and will continue to give them the opportunity to service my vehicles! Great job team performance auto keep up the great work !!

100% recommend! I was traveling southward with 3 kids when the check engine light came on. I called a couple places and got push back, clearly those places were trying to upsale, but when I called Performance, Steve was very helpful and straightforward. When we arrived Jose offered us beverages and the guys had no problem with the kids and I hanging out while the repairs were being done. I was able to get in and out and back on the road within a few hours. No pressure for add-ons, even topped off the oil and fluids. Feeling confident for the rest of my trip now! Thank you guys, you are immensely appreciated!

My experience at this shop was awesome! Noah greeted me as I entered and provided excellent customer service, both he and the owner provide options for water and coffee the owner even said he would get someone to go on a taco run lol, the shop was very busy and when I asked if my vehicle would be done by 2 Noah assured me it would but when things got back up he gave me a call and notified me with plenty of time and it was not an inconvenience. Everyone i had the pleasure of speaking with had a level of professionalism not often seen today, I highly recommend this shop and will be doing future business with them!
