Our 23 foot Winnebago RV was not factory equipped with a digital rearview mirror, requiring us to rely solely on side mirrors. Alan and Luis at SB Auto Stereo & Wireless installed a digital rearview mirror that greatly enhanced our safety with a clear view behind us. The installation looked at though the digital mirror had been installed at the factory, with all wiring carefully hidden from view. When we experienced an issue with the mirror (not the installation), Alan worked with the manufacturer to obtain a replacement product under warranty and Luis quickly installed the new digital mirror. The replacement mirror continues to provide us with a clear rear view, day or night. Excellent service and follow up. Highly recommended.

What an amazing experience! The owner, Alan helped me start a new Verizon business account and purchase a new iPhone. The entire transfer process was seamless. The setup was quick, and I had no issues whatsoever with my line. Alan's customer service is incredible! Thank you so much!

They did a full aftermarket sound system build for me, head unit, front 3 way components, rear coaxials, JL Stealthbox and 2 JL amps. Great quality work, friendly employees and I highly recommend bringing them your business. At another local competitor, I felt overwhelmed and unwelcomed. Bringing my truck here I felt at ease that my truck was being worked on by honest and friendly professionals. UPDATE: After 4 years, I came back for a warranty fix for some corroded speaker wires in the door and they were able to make the repair same day at no cost to me. The same employees who installed my system 4 years ago remembered me and make the fix. At Santa Barbara Auto Stereo and Wireless I feel appreciated and valued as a customer and will return again whenever I build another sound system.

I have an older Toyota Highlander that is in excellent shape and that I love--other than it not having the Bluetooth/GPS/Android Auto technology that a newer system provides. I got quotes from these guys and their nearest competitor (who is located much more conveniently)for a system that would provide this in a touch screen system. The 'other guys' quote was for a basic Pioneer system that I thought sounded quite expensive, compared to what the unit sells for online. I decided to send SB Auto Stereo & Wireless the information on the exact same setup to see what their quote would be. Alan Gold responded quickly and went out of his way to beat the other quote while providing an even better (Alpine) system after explaining the differences and advantages between the Alpine and the Pioneer. Alan really knows his stuff and took the time to explain what I needed and why, while still offering to get me the Pioneer if that was what I wanted. His crew inspected my vehicle and audio setup and then he booked me an appointment for the very next day, even providing a ride (and great conversation) back to my office after dropping my vehicle off. The installation took exactly the estimated time

What a fantastic experience, and honestly about the opposite I expected from a stand alone stereo store. The staff and owner really seem to care that you get the best experience and are treated fairly. I brought an old SUV in to them and with a love for new shiny things I could have been up-sold very easily, but they explained what they thought was best, why I did not need the more expensive options, and I really feel that they took great care of me and my vehicle. Drove it home today, and I honestly feel that the stereo and sound and convenience of the unit I got exceeded everything I expected. That said, the stereo itself was exceeded by the service and staff at Santa Barbara Auto Stereo & Wireless. Thanks for a great experience.
