The owner, Ian, was great and I highly recommend Seaside Car Stereo! I’m a local who has used a couple other places in town before finding this one. I had some issues with a previous install and the person who did it wasn’t able to fix it. Ian was really competent and didn’t try to upsell or BS me. He just did good, solid work and let me know my options in a very clear way. I’m really happy with how things turned out and will definitely use Seaside Car Stereo again in the future!

You'll see this statement in other reviews. I'm making it again. Seaside Car Stereo is Hands Down the BEST car stereo place to take your vehicle! Ian at Seaside Car Stereo provides outstanding service, workmanship, communication, and pricing. The touch screen on my VW Beetle radio/navigation system went out. Other shops offered to pull everything out-cut the panel and install something else, another offered original VW parts but those aren't available. Ian gave me an exact estimate. He spent time making sure the part my car needed would work with my entire system--before he ordered it! The entire process was easy. I felt confident. I am so pleased I made such a good decision. I recommend if you ever need stereo help you call Ian. Thank you, Ian!!

Dudes and Dudesess, If you're, like wondering why your car's factory "Hi Fidelity" audio system sounds horrible. You're not wrong. It does! My 2021 Porsche (Yes - Porsche) Macan had the Bose factory option installed and boy did it sound horrible. Ian did absolutely phenomenal work on my car. I wanted to get the old Sound system redone and it is the most quality sound I have ever felt and heard He was able to fit me in very quickly And the entire sound system is completely Transformed. Not only is the bass on another level but the sound quality and clarity is immensely different My car has no rattles when the base is turned all the way up, proving how good the quality of work Was

Ian at Seaside Car Stereo was awesome. I brought in my own dash cam and he helped install it professionally and cleanly. He took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly and explained how the system worked so my wife & I felt confident using it. The installation looks great and the wiring is very clean. Ian was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. If you need help installing a dash cam or any car electronics in Santa Barbara, I definitely recommend asking for Ian at Seaside Car Stereo.
