They were swamped so it took a bit longer to get in than I had planned for, but I don't blame them for that. I enjoyed the free coffee while waiting 😉 Once they got the car in, they got it taken care of quickly & properly and I had a Groupon which they honored without fuss. Great place!

Came in to get my van inspected right after a hard day at work, and the service was awesome! It didn't take long they were done with my inspection in great time and they even gave me a cold bottle of water while I waited. I recommend Sun Auto Tire & Service for quick inspections.

Absolutely terrible experience. I made an appointment for 11:00 AM and showed up on time, only to sit there for TWO HOURS while they took other customers ahead of me. What the hell is the point of making an appointment if you’re not going to honor it? On top of that, I was told the price would be $99, and then suddenly it became $129. I was told one thing and experienced the complete opposite. This place completely wasted my time and then changed the price on me. I will NEVER come back here again. If you value your time and your money, stay the hell away from this place. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

This place is awesome. They're partnered with Groupon so you can get great discounts on your services. Here the front desk receptionist. Mr. Wade was great at what he was doing. He was even able to help me out with some knowledge that I didn't even know about when it comes to my car. I left extremely satisfied. Services were great all around. I highly recommend this place for anybody who's trying to get services done to their vehicle. Prices are extremely reasonable, affordable and the wait time isn't really that long. Edit- Young man Brian, that serviced my vehicle did a wonderful job on it. I'm extremely happy. This place is great. I recommend everybody come here. They're very quick with their oil changes. They do a full inspection of the vehicle to let you know everything else that's wrong with it as well. I mean honestly for the price and the time you got to wait I could not look or ask for a better shop. Thank you guys so much

I can’t say enough great things about my experience here. I brought in my 1979 Jeep, and from the moment I met Wade, I knew it was in the right hands. He treated me like family, honestly, it felt like I was working with one of my brothers. Kind, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took care of everything, brakes, steering, brand new tires, and even installed a new starter. What really stood out was the level of care and attention to safety in every decision they made. With an older vehicle like mine, nothing is straightforward, and it takes real expertise to diagnose and fix things the right way. Wade and the team clearly have that expertise. At one point, he even went the extra mile, literally, driving out to Arlington to track down a part for my Jeep. That level of commitment is rare. Lastly, they go so far out of their way to communicate and provide updates. I was getting daily texts or phone calls with where things stood, and it just helped me feel confident end to end. Finding a trustworthy auto shop can feel nerve-racking, especially if you are not a mechanic. Even working in the auto space myself, I can confidently say this is hands down one the best auto rep
