Probably the worst service I've ever experienced. I was told that if my car continued to have issues after the repair, the work would be covered under warranty. Unfortunately, that wasn't true. They attempted to fix my wheel three separate times, and the problem was never resolved. After the third attempt, they told me there was nothing more they could do because the insurance company wouldn't pay for any additional repairs. Instead of handling it themselves, they told me I needed to contact the insurance company. That shouldn't have been my responsibility—they should have stood behind their work and honored what they promised. They also told me they would follow up with me, but I never received a call. If they tell you their work is covered by a warranty, don't count on them honoring it. Based on my experience, the promises they made were not kept. Overall, the service, communication, and accountability were extremely disappointing. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would give 0 stars if i had the option.

Quality people, quality work. Friendly professional employees that make you feel welcome. The adjusters are very knowledgeable about the vehicles and about the insurance policies. They were able to fix my vehicle quickly while maintaining quality. Very happy that the repairs are under warranty, just encase. Gives me peace of mind. We've (unfortunately) had to use them twice and if something happens to our vehicle again (hopefully not), we will be going back to them.

Bakersfield Auto body that is a best in-town. The location 4851 Time Road, Bakersfield CA 93313. Also, they are Toyota certified for Auto Body Repairs. I just got my Toyota car repair (done at May15, 2026.) on the back Bumper cover rear bumper and Aim park sensor too, and perfect paint, at same times, they were Clean up my car (inside, outside etc...). They did excellent job, that make me so happy ! German Rojas and all front of desk works are very nice, and care customer. After my car was done the repair, manager came my home to pick up me ; let me got my car. I would like highly recommend people go that Auto body, it will make you so happy.

I had to have my van repaired after being rear-ended. I want to say thank you to the staff at Bakersfield Auto body for making this experience as smooth as possible. From the moment I brought my van in, everyone was friendly, polite and professional. The repairs happened in a timely manner and they worked with my insurance gmto get everything taken care of and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Thank you so much

Bakersfield Auto Body is the best place to take your Auto/Truck for body work. I have used them before and as always my car looks awesome. Actually, because of their excellent work my car looks like new. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their service. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. Dave, knows what it will take to make the repair. He is very honest. I appreciate that one can receive updates by text or just calling the office. The process with Bakersfield Auto Body is easy from beginning to end. They even cleaned the inside of my car. My rubber mats were also cleaned. This shop takes great care of your auto, they are honest and do excellent work. Review completed by Suzanne G.
