I was in an auto accident on 5/15/26. Bravo Collision did an exceptional repair on my Toyota Venza. Time frame was also done quickly before the estimated time of 6/26/26. I am recommending their services. My Venza is perfect. Customer service is great. I was informed of the progress in the repairs.

My daughter’s car was hit and the passenger door needed to be replaced. Bravo’s staff kept me well informed during the repair process. The work was completed at a reasonable time frame. We’re extremely happy with the quality of work done on the vehicle. I highly recommend this place!! Thank you so much

I was hit in a parking lot. Fortunately the party responsible left a note. From previous experience and upon recommendation of my dealer I took my car to Bravo. From the front desk to Juan who did my estimate everyone was helpful and professional. I picked up my car this morning and it was shining and new looking. I am most happy and grateful for the service. Thank you.

I'm so happy with the results... Bravo did a fantastic job. It look longer than I wished since it was minor exterior work, but I don't think it was unreasonably long. I didn't have a rental car coverage so needing a car while getting the repairs done was on me, not them. The front desk ladies are all so sweet. I got help right away, had my car taken in and got my car back exactly the time they promised. I could've gone to a different body shop for faster repairs, but Bravo was referred from the dealership so after the repairs, it was taken to the dealership service department for calibration which was one less thing I needed to worry about. My car looks like a brand new car. Jennifer corresponded to all my emails for questions and status quickly, which I appreciated. You hear about autoshop nightmares but I did not have any of that here. Honestly, you're already in so much stress dealing with the accident, insurance and of course whatever life throws at you, but I'm just so glad I got my car back like new. I'll be using Bravo again and definitely recommend to family and friends.
