Total scam artists!!! Unnecessary damage was done during the repairs, which extended the promised deadline two times. They were then able to double charge insurance and tried to not only collect a deductible that I was not responsible for but add a bogus extra bill. When I questioned it, Dan said I don’t owe the deductible and just the outrageous bill. Then said he miscalculated and will reconfigure his math and Bill Turo for it. And then tried to tell me I still owe the deductible which he clearly told me I didn’t. The bumper was not put on correctly and is not centered. The interior has sloppy white paint all over. The wheel well was oversprayed and not wiped properly. This is chop shop poor work overpriced, overbuild, takes advantage of insurance & client and I will be reporting them to BBNB.

Extended the repairs to overcharge. Poor sloppy chop shop job done. Bumper not put on center, Paint on interior, overspray on wheel well not wiped clean. Dan told me I owed an outrageous bill on top of deductible, then told I don’t owe deductible, just the outrageous bill, then threatened to take action with upper management if dont pay the deductible. & when I questioned it, he the said he miscalculated & would reconfigure the math & bill Turo. (I have it proof of it all in writing.) & I will be reporting this to BB&B

Diego was excellent in communication! Kept me updated and honored their warranty! Car looked great and you could not tell the car was in an accident. Would definitely recommend this place.

Kevin was on top of everything from the moment car was towed to Crash Champions. He made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. Communication was clear, the repairs were handled efficiently, and he truly went above and beyond by delivering repaired car and picking up the rental. I honestly didn’t know this level of service was even possible. Exceptional customer care from start to finish. Highly recommend!
