We are glad our insurance company, State Farm, has listed them as a "Select Service Shop." GT Collision in Huntington Beach. After my auto accident, there were a lot of stresses/worries/anxieties that came about, but a call to this facility made me feel at ease with a quick and easy appointment and the guy from Enterprise came out to pick me up at the facility within 10 mins (thank you to Hilda at GT made the call for me). Along the way, we appreciated several of their follow-up calls from Jack/John about my car's estimates, the costs, expected date of completion and updates on repair status or issue encountered (ex. our Testa's parts were backordered and pushed back the estimated date of our car fixed). Thank you so much for all you do to take care of us/our car while being serviced at your facility! John, the owner mentioned that there is a warranty on their work so if there is any problem or issue with the car after repaired that you're not satisfied, do not hesitate to bring back for an evaluation. This family-owned business has a genuine care that goes a long way... We are happy with the service we received from GT Collision in Huntington Beach and highly recommend this place

GT was exceptional. Jack and Hilda were affable and kind. I was involved in a hit and run. They understood my stressed and helped me every steps of the way. There was another gentleman there who also helped me with the insurance process. It's hard to find a shop that is reliable and honest. The most amazing thing for me is that my Model 3 was fully charged, waiting for pickup. I didn't have to charge before going to work. I can't stressed how important this fully charged thing is!!! Other shops or Tesla centers don't charge your car or forget to do it. They also washed and vacuumed the car. The car looks brand new. This is far beyond their services, and far beyond my expectations. I am very happy. Out of the other recommended options, I am glad I went here. 10/10

I had a fantastic experience with GT Collision! From start to finish, the service was quick and superb. A few things that really stood out: Communication: The owners are incredibly friendly and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. I especially loved the text updates on my car’s status—it took all the guesswork out of the repair. Facility: The shop is a very clean and professional facility, which gave me immediate peace of mind leaving my vehicle there. Efficiency: They didn't drag their feet; the turnaround was impressively fast. If you’re looking for a shop that balances high-quality work with great customer service, I highly recommend GT Collision!

Absolutely appalled at the lack of accountability this shop takes. They repaired my vehicle in October of last year after being referred to by State Farm. I thought everything was great until my vehicle sustained minor damage in the same area. I then realized that an excessive amount of filler (bondo) was used on my Lexus for the repairs. The repairs should not have cracked since the area that was damaged is metal. When I contacted the shop, my emails went unresponded to. I then called and sent photos to which Jack tried gaslighting me to believe that there were no cracks. Incredible since I circled in the photos the cracks. Please do not use this shop. They will default to cheap repairs on your vehicle and then refuse to stand by their work.

I brought my Audi A4 to GT Collision Center in Huntington Beach after it was hit on the driver’s door, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They not only repaired the damage flawlessly but also polished the entire left side of the car, making it look brand new. To top it off, they washed the whole vehicle and returned it looking even better than before the accident. The attention to detail and level of care they put into their work is outstanding. The car looks immaculate, and you’d never know it was damaged. GT Collision went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality body work and exceptional service. 5/5 and they definitely have a returning customer here! Thank you
