I brought my vehicle to this shop for a simple upper radiator hose replacement because I didn't want to do the job myself. This is a repair that typically takes around an hour and a half, yet I arrived at noon and didn't leave until 4:00 PM. During that time, the technicians took a one-hour lunch break while my vehicle sat unfinished. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that they used the coolant that was already in my vehicle instead of using their own shop supplies. When I later returned to ask why my personal coolant was used, despite the shop having access to coolant, I was dismissed and given no clear explanation. To make matters worse, after paying approximately $300 total ($76 for the hose and $190 for labor), my vehicle was still overheating. The repair failed to fix the issue I brought it in for. Ultimately, my father had to travel over 1,000 miles to help diagnose and repair the problem that this shop either missed or failed to address. Paying nearly $200 in labor for a straightforward hose replacement only to leave with the same overheating issue is unacceptable. Dont go here, started having problems with my brakes after a simple brake pad replacement and now they want me to pay for parts and labor to fix their mistake. I thought i had found a good cheap shop but it's now gonna cost more than it would of if I had just took it to a actual professional shop.

I got stuck in the flood waters in Dallas this morning. After having to turn around four times I pulled into a parking lot to wait it out. When I went to leave again I could hear a dragon sound the water had pulled the plastic piece under my car off and it was dragging. Hercules what's the closest shop near me and they helped me right away and zip tied my plastic piece back on so that I can make it to work very grateful!

I came to get air at Hercules tire shop this morning and Julio Hispanic guy gray hair around the size of his hair black on top older guy came to my car and I asked if I can get some air put in my front driver tire. He put some air in it. I turned my car back on and it’s still like 28 pounds so I flagged him to see if he can. Come and see if I did need some more air. He then told me to drive it. I told him my car doesn’t work like that. The light normally goes off so I turned my car back off turn it back on and my air light went off. He then approached my car again and was so freaking rude that I put air in your tire already, and walked off, went over there with his buddies, started talking laughing and totally ignored me. This is the third occasion I’ve had with the same person. He’s a very bias no empathy to black women I picked up on his vibes every time and I watched him with Hispanic women. He’s very concerning very caring and goes the extra mile for his people Hispanic people only But when it comes to Black people, he’s very biased and I spent a lot of money with this company over the years at least over 30 years and this is very nasty behavior to pay customers. Wonderful job on my suv, been her with two vehicle so far one was for my Cadillac converter and in my other car is for my brakes and my rotors and pads 10 stars hands down. I love their open bay area and you get to watch them and they waiting room areas comfortable.took my old rotors off and put my new ones on plus break pads
