Very very friendly staff, very quick service (in and out in 20 mins), and very good pricing compared to other places I've been. Rob was particularly awesome! My new go-to spot.

I used to come here regularly to get my oil changed. The last time I came in a couple months ago was very early in the morning as I had a work lunch later that afternoon in the bay area. The mechanic working on my car let me know that my battery charge was reading really low and it might not restart. I was immediately worried as I was supposed to drive all the way to Berkeley later that day and didn’t want to get stranded so I authorized them to change my battery. About 30-45 minutes goes by and the mechanic comes in to let me know that as they were changing my battery, they had accidentally damaged a tube that funnels coolant to my engine. He said they would fix it right away at no charge but the part would need to be ordered. I was already anxious about being late to my work lunch so I emphasized how important it is that this is fixed expeditiously. I am then stuck waiting HOURS later, and I’m checking in every 30 minutes to ask. They had to order another part from somewhere else and have it delivered so there was a huge delay. Not only did they damage my engine on what should’ve been a routine procedure, but they kept me waiting for 3 or so hours past when it should’ve been done

Had the pleasure of working with a gentleman named Cameron at Jiffy Lube. He provided outstanding communication, professionalism, and genuine customer care from start to finish. He thoroughly explained everything they checked on my vehicle and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. What I appreciated most was the honest approach — absolutely no upselling or pressure tactics, just great service and attention to detail. The oil change was very thorough, and Cameron even took the time to walk me through everything under the hood, including the fluids they topped off and the components they inspected. It’s refreshing to find a place that values customer service and transparency. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and professional car care.

03/19/26 at approximately 12pm I had a nice experience at Jiffy Lube on Capitol Ave. The whole team was professional, quick, made the process smooth from start to finish and they kept it real with me. Big shoutout to Francisco J., Evan B., Dyllon L., and Antonio A. for taking care of my vehicle and making sure everything was handled properly. They gave me good advice on what I needed and it wasn't expensive at all. They walked me through the service, didn't pressure me into anything unnecessary, and got everything done efficiently. I also appreciated the inspection and recommendations so I know what to keep an eye on next. Overall, solid service, good communication, and a reliable spot if you need maintenance done. I've been to this location a million times and every time is the same great service. This most recent visit was the exception. I requested an oil change, cabin filter replacement, air filter replacement and the fuel cleaner. I pay then ask the cashier to confirm the filters were changed since they didn't bring the dirty ones in side for me to see. We walk out and he checks the air filter, all good. Then he tries to open the glove compartment to check the cabin filter but it won't open. I've never had an issue with my glove compartment prior to this. The person who changed the cabin filter must have not put the arm in correctly and forced it shut. Three people tried to pry it open with screw drivers and tried to watch different you tube videos to figure it out. Eventually, one of the gentlemen got it open. He apologized and said the manager may do a CIR to send me a $50 gift card for future service. Cool, I'll take that. They were polite, apologetic, and did all they could to address the issue.... but now as I'm driving down the street, my glove compartment falls open. All the effort put in to open the stuck glove compartment caused the door to not latch and stay closed. I'll be con
