I come from Elk Grove when we need smogs or oil changes. They’ve always done me right with any cars. Never charged me for garbage I didn’t need like air filters etc like some shops do. There’s no “must upsell today!” Mentality. If there’s something that needs changing they’ll offer it or just let u know when it needs to be done by if you decide to go elsewhere or do it yourself. They have coupons on their website and the people are always friendly which makes it more inviting! I’m here currently getting my wife’s car smogged and the oil changed

The staff were polite and professional, but the process was not as clear or transparent as at Young’s Auto Center, where I’m clearly able to see the oil and filter change. The oil change here was done on my 2013 Honda CR-V (158k miles). After I got home, the oil on the dipstick did not look consistent with a fresh oil change to me, which raised concerns. For comparison, my son recently had an oil change done at Young’s Auto Center on his 2010 Toyota Corolla (223k miles), and the oil on that dipstick clearly looked like new oil. While the staff were nice, transparency is important to me for basic maintenance like oil changes. I personally prefer shops where you can clearly see the work being done or are shown the old filter.

Seems like a locally owned small business that's put a lot of effort and pride into their operation. They're very efficient and focused on customer service. Super fast! These folks are firing on all cylinders. I had a few questions about my car (oil weight/engine RPMs) and the techs were more than happy to answer everything they can. They also suggested a shop I can take my car to for every other service they don't offer. If you like to support local small businesses and expect high quality service, these are your people.

At first I was pleased. Pulled up and there was a line that moved quickly and their price for a full synthetic change was great ($77 bucks at the time of my service - $30 less than the last full synthetic change I had!) service went smoothly, the people working there were really friendly and professional - zero hassle. Got up this morning and found an oil spot on my driveway. Great. Crawled under my car and saw that oil was slowly dripping from the oil pan plug. I reached in to wipe oil from the plug to get a sense of how quickly it was leaking and to my surprise I was able to turn the oil plug with my finger tips - it had barely been tightened at all. Grabbed my ratchet set, tightened it up, solved the issue. Being quick is great. Being really competitively priced is great. Being friendly and professional is great. Having to crawl under my car in my driveway to finish a service I paid for is not great. Having to clean oil stains off my driveway from a bunch of the synthetic oil I just paid for yesterday is also not great. +2 stars for the employees and partial job they did. -3 stars for having to finish the job myself and the mess.

Went here to get a smog check. The location is easily accessible. The ladies that work there are very pleasant. The techs and mechanics work hard and take care of your vehicle. They are also very personable. They have a nice waiting area. Their pricing is clearly listed and presented to you for a signature before they start any work on your car. I also liked how they treated other customers with respect. They communicate clearly and I see that as a very important attribute of a business. No wonder these guys have been around for so long with raving reviews. Go here and you will be taken care of.
