I took my car in for an alignment a month ago. A few weeks later, the alignment is off. I take the car to a shop to do alignment. The tech said that Firestone did not tighten both of the nuts on the tie rod and the left-side control arm bolt.

Absolutely 1000% worth it. Jake at this location provided us with a very comprehensive evaluation of a used car we just purchased and help us better understand the maintenance needs it was going to have. I’ve been coming to the Firestone on Stockton Blvd ever since I was young. My grandpa introduced me to this location, and it’s been my go-to place for automotive service ever since. It’s nice to know that after all these years, I can still count on great service. This most recent visit was another excellent experience. The team was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. Everything was handled efficiently, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in good hands. A special shoutout to Jake at the front for providing outstanding customer service. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Raiz Abdul & Jake Dole have been beyond helpful for my first 2 visits at Firestone. They are both very kind, respectful & explain things in a way people like myself appreciate. These 2 gentlemen are the reason I will continue to take my car here. Even on one of the hottest days of this year, Raiz is still so nice when conversing with you. It takes a special kinda person to make an impact on me, I am so grateful to have came to this location. 5 starts is not nearly enough for these fellas!!
