I love this place! From my very first visit, Tahara at the front desk has always made me feel so welcome, and so heard. Tahara has advocated for me when I heard my car making a sound their mechanics couldn’t recreate, and after she insisted they check again, they were able to find the issue. They make an effort to remember your name, and are always so friendly. I love being able to support a local women owned family business, and their work is always top quality. I’ve had some unfortunate circumstances with my car over the last few months, and they are always so empathetic and helpful. They often are willing to waive the diagnostic fees, and will find ways to ensure you are paying the best price they can offer. Car repairs are always expensive and stressful, but Natomas Auto care always makes it a little more pleasant than it otherwise would be. I can’t recommend them enough.

I booked a used car inspection at this Natomas Auto Care Center with Stacy over the phone. We arrived 15 minutes early and found Stacy at the front desk She was just as friendly, courteous and professional as she was over the phone. The business did exactly what I needed by inspecting a used vehicle that I intended to drive across the country. They charged me a very reasonable $175 for their service. The service included a lengthy inspection process by an experienced auto technician, a computer scan and road test. At the end, I received a complete mechanical analysis of the vehicle and an unofficial opinion on whether to buy or not. They handed me a computer generated report and list of items that needed attention. They also provided me with an actual quote to repair these items on site. I was not expecting that level of service. Truly 5 stars. The shop was conveniently located near our hotel, so we ride-shared ($20.00) over to the nice facility. The lobby is climate controlled and there was comfortable seating available along with reading materials. They offered hot K-cup style coffee and a cold water dispenser for clients. This is my local auto shop and I always come here for my oil changes. I come right when they open on Saturday mornings and I am in and out so quickly. It's impressive. Always great customers service. Love the ladies up front.

I have been a customer of Natomas Auto Care for years and have always had great service, and my most recent service I had a concern with a service they provided but as always they took care of the problem beyond my expectations. They did not have to do what they did but they have integrity and ensure long time customers are taken care of. I’m a forever customer and will continue to have both of my vehicles service at Natomas Auto Care as well as refer friends and family.

I've been going here for almost two years now, having done just usual maintenance and have recently gone to take my miata! Got a normal oil change and had my rear brake pads and rotors done and haven't had any issues and were done for a reasonable price in comparison to taking it to a dealership but to each their own. Scheduling appointments were always straightforward, always had friendly conversations with the front desk and even had someone tell me my license plate cover was cool lol. Overall I've had no issues taking my car here and its convenient for me since its just a 5-10 minute drive as well so I'd definitely recommend.
