I took my 1991 Ford was told it would be ready in 2 months. Over 1 year later after getting story after another and being told my truck was painted and all put together except for tail lights and headlights. I had to tow my truck out of there in pieces. Don't believe anything you are told here. I was very very patient and nice. But made a fool of being told each time I went to the shop my truck would be ready in two more weeks those weeks turned into months and a year. Here is how I took my truck in running and received it back in pieces. I could go on on on with the details of each story I was given each time I went to the shop to get an update on when my truck would be done. But I think you gey the idea. I don't know what kind of business they are running here. Now I will be paying more to get all my missing parts. Lastly I didn't even get the right rear fender back and I know this because the license plate number was not the right one for my truck. BAD BUSINESS 👎

I do not recommend this place. I brought in a rim for a minor repair due to a small dent, and it turned out to be the worst decision. I was told the job would take one day, but it wasn’t returned until two weeks later after multiple failed attempts. When I finally got it back, the color did not match the other rims, and I was only given excuses for why it couldn’t be done properly. What made it worse was the lack of communication — I was never updated, and every time I reached out, I was told “tomorrow” or given another excuse. The owner was also very unfriendly. Although I wasn’t charged for the service, they ruined a rim worth almost $1,600 by painting it incorrectly and in the wrong color. Update: What this person is saying is completely false. He repainted the rim because the initial job did not come out correctly. He claimed the issue was due to contamination from the tire protectant and mentioned something called “fish eye,” which, as I understand, refers to that type of contamination. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars I recently took my truck to JJ’s Auto Body for a paint correction and a few additional touch-ups, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Jose was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about his work. The paint correction came out beautifully and brought the shine and depth back to my car’s finish, and it looks better than it has in years. He also took care of some minor dents and scratches, and you’d never know they were there. This is a truck that is 11 years old, has black paint, has endured the Central Valley heat, and still looks as good as the day I drove it off the lot. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled body shop that delivers excellent results, I highly recommend JJ’s Auto Body. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need more work done!

Worst experience I have had ever. Made appointment to drop of my truck off to JJ’s auto body and paint. Dropped it off on April 10, 2024. The price was good, Jose said it would be ready in a week and half to two weeks. I was ok that’s fine. Waited for him to send me pictures of the color samples he was going to do so I can pick one. One week goes by I decided to swing by and see if he had the samples ready for me to look at. I show up and ask him about the samples, he says that his painter guy quit on him that it will take about another week. So I was like ok no problem I understand things happen but I would think an owner of a shop would at least give you a call and say this is going on and it will take a little longer to get it done. But the guy never calls to say anything. I’m the one that calls to see how it’s going with the job and to see how long it’s going to be. Long story short, they had my truck for 45 days, and every time I would swing by to see the progress my truck was sitting in the same spot every single time I went. I was Impressed at the skill and knowledge of JJ. I will Highly recommend to All who ask. Great Prices, Honest, Fast Service. He Repaired, Painted and Ceramic Coated this beauty had deep scratches etc.
