Excellent customer service experience. Timely and informative communication. Every staff member that I interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly. I approached Performance Dynamic to get the brake pads replaced on my BMW M3. I had replacement pad options in mind and had an informative discussion with Jose who helped me make my decision. Scheduling and communication was seamless. The price for the parts + labor was fair and similar to the quotes from other shops that I received.

Performance Dynamic absolutely crushed it taking care of my G80 M3. From start to finish, the level of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail was next level. They treated my car like it was their own—everything was done right, no shortcuts, no excuses. The quality of work speaks for itself, and you can tell these guys actually care about what they do. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but this is one of them. If you’ve got a high-performance car and want it handled the right way, this is the place. No question I’ll be coming back.

Great experience with Performance Dynamics! Their service is great, they know their cars and my OEM+ look came out great. I got an Eisennman exhaust, M performance shocks, MMX chip, and now my M3 is exactly how I want it.

I recently took my BMW X3 into Performance Dynamic to have them check out a coolant leak and had such a great experience. This is a stellar team. Jose and Matt were incredibly helpful and super responsive with getting the appointments booked and moved around as needed. Greg is a genius and knows BMWs inside and out. Everyone I spoke to was happy to chat in detail about the issues my car was having, and about BMW maintenance in general. Unfortunately my car needed a LOT more work than I expected at the 70k mile mark so I decided to trade it in for an electric car. As I was driving it to a dealership to trade it in, I almost considered keeping the car and eating the maintenance costs just to keep the mechanic relationship with Performance Dynamic. Highly recommend this place for any BMW maintenance. I also heard they're expanding to cover Porsche soon.

After they performed a thorough PPI (and compression test), I decided to have Performance Dynamic go forward with transmission repairs, extensive preventative maintenance and elective suspension upgrades on a high-mileage e90 m3. They were already familiar with the car, having worked on it for the prior owner. My goal was to fully sort the car and have it road trip ready to pile on more miles. They were great to work with over the multi-week process. Skilled mechanics, good communication and employees who clearly care about what they are doing. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
