Great alternative to the dealer's shop. For our EV, our local dealer's service shop had a 3 month wait for an appointment and wanted to charge us double compared to what Stress Free quoted and Stress Free got us in within a week. Definitely check them out for any out of warranty car service.

Poor work and scam upsells. Went in for a brake flush, tech overfilled reservoir to the extent that it spilled out on opening cold (filled way beyond MAX line). The "inspection" report also stated that the radiator urgently needed coolant because the reservoir was "empty" - funnily enough I had serviced the radiator literally the same morning and the levels were perfectly fine. The "evidence" photographs for the coolant were taken from an angle where the MIN and MAX lines aren't even visible. Same for the "dirty" engine air filter that needs "immediate attention" (which is just a month old)

I had a great experience with Stress-Free Auto Care for a pre-purchase inspection on a used car. The team was professional, efficient, and very thorough. They put the car on a lift, checked the major mechanical components, suspension, control arm bushings, brakes, tires, fluids, and provided a detailed digital report with photos. I arrived a little after my scheduled appointment time in the late afternoon, and my appointment was originally set up as a wait-and-complete service so I could take the car the same day. Even though it was close to the end of the day, they still completed the inspection that same afternoon, which I really appreciated. The report helped me clearly understand the condition of the vehicle and distinguish between items that needed immediate attention and those that were more like future maintenance. The staff explained the findings clearly, and the whole process felt transparent and stress-free. I also appreciated that they have a convenient lock box at the front of the shop, so I was able to pick up the car easily without having to wait at the shop the whole time. I went in for diagnostics and Stress-Free Auto Care definitely went above and beyond to show me every issue with my car in great detail. I was able to identify each issue with my car along with understanding why. I also got a deal on the diagnostics! I highly recommend coming here if you need your car checked out.
