Good shop, owners real cool and friendly. Front desk is polite. I walked in without an appointment and they helped me out with my cars air springs. My car rides perfect now. Fair price. Would recommend to others.

Took my truck for repair of my AC panel truck was in shop for a week with charge $480 is not give a story about why I was so much plus I was going everyday to check on my vehicle do not get a response over the phone

Completely unprofessional and disgustingly irresponsible. My vehicle was left for the better part of a MONTH and my husband had to PHYSICALLY show up since Victor would not answer our calls. Ultimately, they charged an arm and a leg for changing one piece that an actual professional could have diagnosed and replaced in one day. If I’m trying to fix my vehicle, it’s because I NEED my vehicle. As a mother of four, with three children still in car seats I struggled ALOT being without my vehicle for the entirety of that month just because this establishment lacked the basic common standard of ethics and professionalism entrusted in them when we left our truck.They could see the car seats and couldn’t recollect “she might need this truck to transport her children.” ON TOP OF THAT, they left cables on the floorboard AND the lights of my dashboard no longer work. Now we have the additional expense of fixing that all due to negligence and perhaps ill will (since you could tell that Victor was annoyed by our two phone calls a week, which he refused to answer). Will never return to this establishment and will definitely never recommend.

We left my daughter's car hear on a Tuesday with Victor which I believe is the owner. He guaranteed he'd have an answer by the next day regarding the diagnostic testing. My husband allowed 48 hours to pass before reaching out to him... he didn't respond to these calls. We waited another day, he responded with " I'll call you back in an hour" but didn't. The 4th day, the same thing but mentioned they found some wires, fixed these but had additional test to run. Fifth day- Another "I'll call you back" and that call never came. Day 7 - decided to show up and he asked us if we were there to pick up the car.... without a response as to what the issue was with responding to our calls, the final diagnosis on the car, nothing... he walked off. Absolutely nothing fixed on the car but they did remove multiple fuses and left them on floorboard. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME ! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!
