I had an excellent experience at Tesla Collision Center, and a huge part of that was thanks to Jose Gonzalez . From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. What impressed me most was that his customer service didn’t stop when I picked up my vehicle. Jose remained attentive, responsive, and willing to answer questions even after the work was completed. That level of dedication and follow-through is hard to find these days. He kept me informed throughout the process, addressed any concerns I had, and made me feel like a valued customer every step of the way. Jose represents the kind of leadership, professionalism, and customer-first attitude that every company hopes to have. If anyone deserves recognition and consideration for a management role, it’s Jose. Tesla is fortunate to have him on their team. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

I had an excellent experience at the Tesla Collision Center in Huntington Beach. The staff was fantastic—friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. They did an amazing job repairing my front right bumper—it looks as good as new. I highly recommend them for any collision repair needs!

Fast Repair Lacking Integrity and Quality Control I brought my 2020 Tesla Model S to the Huntington Beach Collision Center for repair after being rear ended on the freeway at around 25 to 30 mph. The accident happened on April 17th. I dropped off my car April 28, 2026 and received it back on May 8th 2026. I received a rental model Y base with free supercharging and unlimited miles, which was thoroughly appreciated, through Tesla rentals at the Collision Center. I was quoted around 6500, but would end up paying the 1000 deductable. I received updates throughout the process and everything was satisfactory until I picked up the car. The repair itself was mostly good. My rear hatch was replaced but they were able to transfer much of my original components including rear glass panel with 3rd party tint over. The paint on the hatch and bumper matches perfectly to the body of the car. There is a smell of paint but that is to be expected. Unfortunately, the repair was incomplete. Upon inspection of my lower trunk, several retaining clips were missing and additionally 2 pieces of carpet covering the rear frame pieces were also missing. After the repairs, they left dirty boot prints in my trunk!!! The paint job on the door looks strange, and they returned the car to me with streaks on the plastic trim along the bottom!?? I am absolutely shocked!!! They removed the protective film from my screen.

I was involved in a rear ended car accident and was dealing with so much all at once. Jhonnatan was simply amazing! I was so overwhelmed and he broke down everything where I can understand every step of the process. Also, made great accommodations if I needed a loaner vehicle. The repair processing seemed to go by so at a time manner and my car came out beautiful again. Thanks to the whole Tesla team!
