The level of honesty, service, and hospitality is unmatched. If I can give Sonny a 6-star review, he well deserves it. I am a client for life and will be referring all my family and friends here to take care of any auto body repairs. I was taken care of right from the beginning of a simple phone call asking for a quote on cost of repair, to the moment I brought the car in, to picking up the vehicle. It made to process of fixing up a broken vehicle just a bit more pleasant. Sonny is as transparent as can be. Itemized cost of parts, labor, and detailed the car when I came.. Inside was vacuumed, trash removed, car washed, tires shined. I cannot thank Sonny enough. He is not here for profit. He is here to care, and help.

The owner, Sonny, is very kind and accommodating. He was honest and upfront with me when discussing details and repaired my car’s body damage very well. He made the insurance claim process very easy and even arranged a rental car for me to be at his shop when I dropped off my car. It was a seamless experience and he made it so easy! His first language is Korean but he can speak conversational English so don’t worry about a language barrier for you non-Korean speakers. I know a little Korean but he and I communicated in English with no problems. I definitely recommend Tri Star Auto for your body shop needs.

Sonni, the owner, is phenomenal. he is hard working, and during these rough times, he is more than fair in price. he’s and honest man who does an honestly amazing job. I was so nervous going to someone new, but after seeing his work, I want to shout his praises from the rooftop. Go see Sonni at Tri star. he’s the best

Sonny took care of business. Took my vehicle and asked if he could repair it and work with my insurance. I sent him the quote of what the insurance estimated it via video and advised him that my insurance will pay for any issues from below since there was obvious undercarriage damage due to wooden items falling off a truck on the 405 and directly under my car. He updated my insurance company of the damages that we couldn’t see and had my vehicle done in 2 weeks. Looks and runs beautiful! Thank you for a job well done and I have officially found my shop of choice. Honest and quick, like how it should be. I will refer all my friends and family your way.
