I’ve been coming to German Car specialists for 2 years. They have serviced my 2004 z4 Bimmer impeccably. Berk is knowledgeable and professional. They consistently stay significantly below dealer prices for repairs. They use only oem parts and I have yet to return for a repair they performed. I recommend this shop without reservations.

I recently brought my BMW in for service, and had a great experience from start to finish. Berk and his team were very responsive and kept me informed throughout the process. Their diagnostic process was efficient and accurate. The turnaround time was impressively quick. Berk was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled properly. It’s clear they take pride in their work.

Wanted to share some great experiences working with Berk Ariercetin and his team at GCS. We recently moved to the San Antonio area from SE Houston and needed to find a reputable shop well versed on German auto's - more specifically Audi's and BMW's. After some online search efforts, I identified GCS as well as a few other local shops with german vehicle expertise. I personally visited all three before making any decisions about who would address concerns I had with my Audi Q7 & BMW 640i coupe. Two of the three did a comprehensive up-front assessment. I ultimately selected GCS and the experience was very impressive. Berk's knowledge, approach, use of technology, clear communication, characterization of immediate concerns vs things needing attention in the foreseeable future as well as the reasonableness of their pricing were all very much appreciated. Their shop is very clean, professional, the team is very knowledgeable, the work was done very quickly and consistent with the "advertised schedule" initially estimated. Follow up throughout the repair process was also appreciated. Two sets of complex repairs, two great experiences...

Brought my 2002 Audi A4 here for some major work, including a new clutch, and I couldn't be happier. They clearly know German cars and took the time to explain what was needed without any pressure. Obviously, maintenance on these cars isn't cheap, but their pricing was very reasonable compared to dealer or larger shop pricing. Communication was quick and straightforward — a huge plus. Honest, responsive, and easy to work with. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend them.

I'm new to German cars. I only buy new usually ONLY allowing the dealership to do my service maintenance. I bought two cars in 2023 seven months apart. My 2023 Audi S5 (Lena Horne) didn't come with a service package. My 2024 Mini Cooper Countryman (Nina Simone) came with a three year service agreement. After my girls hit the two year old mark this year, the irritating inspection due came on my Audi. My car had 6,200 miles on it and I took it to a dealership. I was told that they COULD NOT reset the inspection due unless they did the 20,000 mile service for liability reasons. My girl only needed a premium oil change. I told the service advisor, so what happens when the inspection due comes on next year and I have only 9,500 miles on the car? Audi dealerships know if you can afford to purchase a German car and put premium gas in it, then you can afford to pay for the service of a German car. They quoted me $800.00+ to do this "so-called" 20,000 mile service. I needed to get a loaner because I had a funeral memorial to attend on Saturday, October 18, 2025. I reluctantly agreed, still in the only let the dealership do my service maintenance mindset, took the loaner car, and had to get
