Carlos was super friendly, got me out in 10 mins swapping out all 4 tires and gave me a great price! I will be recommending this shop and referring him and returning in the future.

Extremely disappointed with the service we received at Rocas. We originally called asking about getting a new tire because our tire size is difficult to find. They told us they had our size but insisted they could patch the tire instead of replacing it, so we trusted their recommendation. While there, we also requested an oil change. They started the oil change, then completely stopped working on our vehicle to service multiple other cars. Almost an hour later, the owner/manager finally told us they were waiting on our oil filter. A simple update much earlier would have gone a long way. We were frustrated but still understanding. The very next day, the patch failed. We returned to just buy a new tire this time. We waited over 30 minutes without a single employee acknowledging us or even asking what we were there for. During that time, they helped customers who came in after us while we continued being ignored. Finally someone asked what we needed, and we explained we needed a new tire because the patch they recommended didn’t hold. He said he’d check if they had our tire size. After another 20 minutes of waiting while they continued helping other vehicles, he came back and said

Let me just tell y'all, GO TO THIS PLACE. My husband and I were on a 4hour plus road trip to corpus, and we got a flat. They had us IN AND OUT of there in under 30 mins and under $100 for 1 tire, which let me tell you, for the car we have, we were 100% surprised that they even had the correct tire, usually my husband had to special order and wait days to come in.. no donut, they had the correct replacement and replaced it all while my baby was in the car, no mess, no fuss Also, this was mother's day, we called multiple places and got forwarded to vm, they were the only place open and willing to take our call and money If I could give more stars for this place I would... Definitely go to them for your tire needs!!!

Carlos answered my car during a rough situation of someone leaving what seemed to be a bag of bricks on the road that I struck on my driver side tire, ripped a hole in my tire and needed a TIRE ASAP, Carlos answered my call and got me the tire size I needed oven the phone in a jiffy and told me to come in , soon as I got to the shop he was there for me, at 8:13PM. Great and fast service besides a good price for the tire on my mustang. My go to place for when im in need !!

Highly Recommend this place.i had 3 coils change on my truck Brian the mechanic went above and beyond to help.he found a mistake done by another mechanic that I had gone to for a tune up (kings muffler on Flores St.) mechanic hector there left 3 old spark plugs and I bought 6.stay away from that place.Rocas I'm a customer for ever.guys there are very helpful and caring and honest about your needs. And very reasonable price.
